my cholesterol has dropped over 50 points as well...i`m still at like 206 but it`s getting there high cholesterol and heart probs run in my family too....must be in the name LOL

she might like the actual prune but not the juice. she also may accept the juice if it`s watered down. i`d cut down on the breads and pastas if possible until things turn around. what about grapes? she`s freaking out because she associates the bm`s with pain so she`s scared to go. if you haven`t already i`d google fresh fruits that help with constipation...just my 2 cents

i hear ya rawangel. i look around all the time and i see soooooo many overweight, or what i see as overweight people it really makes me think. i don`t do it as judgement but i do note it as an obsevation. it actually gives me inspiration to stay as close to raw as i can for the moment. not because of weight but because of health and well being.
