i`m not sure, it`s been awhile since the dog food scares and my memory failed to think if i came across anything like that back then. but i would give milk thistle and do a homemade diet for awhile

the longer you can stay in your fat burning zone the better. basically you`re in your fat burning zone if you`re sweating and it`s not easy to carry on a conversation. too high of a heart rate is not good either as then you`re not burning fat but burning other stuff in your system (i forgot all the details LOL) pm workout man, he`s a personal trainer patty

imo i don`t think it`s bad to eat a bit of cooked food once in awhile. i would just try and make it nutritious cooked food like long grain brown rices maybe some lightly steamed vegees...stuff like that. as you read, for some it spirals them downward, for me it`s ok. i`m not 100%...med to high raw about 90% most of the time and i enjoy my steamed vegees. i would stay away from sushi rice though a

just watched a movie called in the wild directed by sean penn i enjoyed it was about this guy who was from a fairly prestigious family graduated college and got tired of the rules and materialism of the "normal" world so he embarked on a trip to alaska with nothing but his backpack lots of nature based on a true story check it out patty

eat eat eat LOL the smell is toxin release my b.o. is pretty much nil since i went mostly raw. even when i workout and sweat profusely i don`t smell too bad nice for me cuz it`s hot in vegas and i sweat really easily patty
