The video is so true. Durianrider takes alot of flak for critisizing people but he is one of the few raw gurus who actualy gives the practical advice that could help most people.

It does take practice though. I can eat 10 oranges now without discomfort, no way id be able to do that before, pinapple however, better to eat occasionally. Maybe try some fruit smoothies.

Comon guys lets not argue too much. I my purpose was just to show sweet fruit as a health food. Someone can overdo anything, including fruit. THeStOrm- I still dont quite understand how he reccomends 30-50% protein. He must not mean by percentage of calories??? Does he mean 30% of the foods are protein foods? Does he give any meal plans, or suggest what to eat exactly?

HI Trox It would be ideal to leave your seeds out. You can experiment, some greens actually go well with some fruits. Fruits like melons you should just eat alone, however I find lettuce and celery combine well with many fruits, such as bananas, apples, berries, etc. I eat bananas and lettuce together everyday.

Utopian, I entered your first day on Nutrition data, to see if there was a difference with fitday. I noticed the calories and macronutrients were virtually the same, but some of the micronutrients differed greatly.
