hey bryan i noticed you really think about answers before you give them and i noticed you talk a lot about cutting back on fats. i just wanted to know a little more from you about fats and why a lot of issues rise from them. assuming they are from raw sources what makes them harmful?

i try to remember that my lifestyle is foreign to MANY. I have to slow down and really explain things simply and light heartedly. i used to be quick to convert. my attempts and unsuccessful debates later i learned to use peoples curiosity to my benefit. i also try to remmeber how people could have lived before electricity/technology/etc. besides mindful eating that helps nourish me, i try

I eat it multiple times a day, somewhere between 1/2 cup and 2/3 a cup sometimes. mostly mixing it with honey and coconut oil. I've never had a bad reaction to it from what i can tell. it doesnt make my stomach cramo or anythign like cooked food does. I've wondered the same thing with people like david wolfe promoting it and also hearing about its toxicity. I honestly dont know but it taste so

is raw milk from a cow bad for your cat? I was thinking about buying some so my cats will have something raw in their diet, but my mom said they shouldnt drink milk anymore. I've heard that from others too. does anyone feed raw milk to their cats? how's it going if you do?

my skin has changed a lot since i've bought a natural fiber body brush that you get to wash with in the shower. you just brush your entire body (face too) in circular directions, always toward your heart BEFORE you get in the shower. angela stokes recommended it. she's lost about 200 lbs since becoming raw for over 6 years i think, and her skin is tight, smooth, and glowing. she said it's help

instead of fish, try seaweeds. i really like dulse (which is a good salt substitute if you buy the flakes) and wakame. There arent too many others that i've tried yet. maybe you can find good recipes for them cause i havnt found anything good to put wakame in. It always upsets my stomach if i dont eat it alone. You can eat raw almonds, but there is a new law saying all of them must be heat tre

i ride the public transit everyday and i can smell all kinds of things from people. the most gross is when i smell mc donalds on people. i can smell meat secreations on people, i can smell animal odors, and sometimes i can figure out where they work by how they smell and by the general area from where they get on the bus. its not always a good ride.

just add fruit! eat slower, taste the foods you're used to eating and see if you really do like them, or if you're just used to putting them in your mouth. (mindful eating) I tend to enjoy the life in my raw meals much more. you can really taste the dead and see the dead visibly in cooked meals. what are your eating habits like right now? if you like soups, having a blender is great. th

I've been high raw for less than 6 months (havnt been keeping the best track) but in the last two weeks i've really been struggling with clothes. I've been looking through my moms old clothes, taking out old clothes i've had forever but never wore, and just wearing any clothes that in not used to. they tend to be more light and cotton. i guess more natural. i just dont want to change out of my ho

this smoothie doesnt supply you with all the vitamins and minerals you need, but its definatly simple and whiel you're drinking it, you can really appreciate the flavors. it's delish! mango, goji berries, and ginger. SO refreshing! you can juice the ginger if you dont have a good blender to get the strings out.
