Freelee's brother jumped ship. This is taken from his FB while fending some angry vegan girls. Poor freelee she was so proud of him :-( : "Who said I didnt try to understand my deficiencies? I love it when people jump to conclusions without all the info.. filling the blank spaces to justify releasing their own frustrations of the world under the careful guise of compassion. And YES

Just buy a good probiotics supplement and use the time it takes to prepare the kefir on other things including reading good material, resting, sleeping, exercising, spending quality time with friends or family. That's what would i do tbh, that's what i am doing. Good Luck.

What i have seen so far is that for newly born animals, their digestive track for the first 24 hours only is porous and thus the large molecules of protein found in colostrum including the antigens which are IgG(s) are easily absorbed. Others claim that colostrum has 98% abosbability rate; i tend to see those as anecdotal opinions though since they come from people who buy or sell the product.

powerlifer, i was wondering if you would share with us your insight / research about why the antibodies found in colostrum not absorbed by the human body?

Wow, that blew me away. I know people living on an SAD who are almost his age give or take a few years who actually look like they're in their 30(s). I am afraid that anyone who thinks that the figure scultpured in that photo is fit and well trimmed; is actually absolutely wrong to say the least. Now keep in mind that what's actually keeping the brain functions of any man on such a diet fr

Tamukha, If you re going to encourage her to eat as much fats as she can, you should also explain to her that mixing large amounts of fats with large amounts of carbs will have negative effects on her health. One should prevail over the other depending on Malena's life style. Also Malena, I have learnt recently that Avocados are a high source of Omega 6 fatty acids and you must watch not

For constipation, start your day by drinking around 750ml to 1litre of distilled water cold or at room temperature. Continue with eating fruits and vegetables and drinking their (vegetbles) juices during the day. If this doesnt help then you should try colonics and start over again by building your intestinal microflora. That would solve your constipation problem 100% guaranteed. Try that

If blending can alter / affect the protein quality of the raw eggs then you can rest assured that the quality of the micro-nutrients will also be hit to a certain extent. So it's okay to experiment with blending and have fun every once in a while, but if you were a perfectionist, juicing serves you better from a health standpoint.

Why would you want to add dead calories into your diet? Sweet potatos and raw as well? I ve tried that and i dont think they add anything beneficial. I would rather invest those calories on other nutri-dense foods.

I think the benefits of polysaccharides and thus the whole purpose of eating mushrooms (at least to me) will be lost during the fermenting process. Remember, they're sugars. So no to fermenting mushrooms..imo.

Paul and Coco, please stop derailing the thread with your trolling and resort to PMing. This is not Chat-Ville; posts are expected to be more than a one liner. This thread has gone from being one of the most if not the most informative threads on the first page to one of the very average ones. Thanks for your understanding.

Carry a personal blender with you, and buy your produce from whereever you will be. You can also look for a cheap juicer for 20 or 30 Box and buy and prepare your fresh juices. If you're traveling over the weekend only, then a personal blender is your choice, if more, then you can pick either one or both. How about that for a bright idea?
