Thanks for the info, will look into it and try it. My problem in the past with dehydrators is that too much energy is being spent to get the important water out of the food

The water in soaked seeds is not in symbiotic relationship with the seed. This is not a water of the seed. Not like making milk from young coconut. This is not milk but colored water with very little nutritional value given that the most nutritious part is dicarded.

These seeds have very little water so how you make milk out of them is an interesting quest.

Why not eat the coconut, you get the oil and many other nutrients, and one of the best fiber in the meat. I keep coconut in my fridge and add a piece to my smoothies to get oil and fiber

Morris Krok was Mr Exercise, into yoga, he was into internal cleansing, eating mostly fruits. He died of cancer at 77. He was very sick in his 20s so one could say that the diet added 50 years to his life or that a fruit only diet can only take you that far. Norman Walker understood that you need to add some form of animal products to the raw food diet or some form of supplements. Those who did

Should not what you do or eat be more important to you than what others write? It seems like you are more concerned about others opinions. Cooked tomato is not part of my diet just to get more of a single nutrient.

coco these are some of your views "I don't always have access to fresh everything I'd need to meet that a whole food multi or green powder provides and I sure don't have time to research what I'd need to combine and in what amounts to get the things I think we need. I'm not a big fan of juice without the fiber anyhow. Now and then but not all the time. Dehydrated food is easy to take w

Should not we be more concerned about the quality of the nutrients than the quantity. It is like saying that cheap gas is better because I can buy more of it. The car will run less efficiently. There ought to be a study on the symbiotic relationship of the nutrients in their raw form and in their cooked form. In cooking a tomato, you are removing the water and many other important relationships.

For most of us who grew up with SAD parents, we have lost of our sense of taste, our natural tendency toward raw natural food, food good for us, but if our kids have started out on the right path, spices, peppers, pop corn would not appeal to them, they would want ripe mangoes, juicy grapes, papayas But as raw foodists if we keep repeating the mistakes of our parents, feeding children spices a

Natural Hygiene principles are the natural observed diet principles in nature. They are the ideals. They may not be achievable for most but we cannot constantly keep ourselves in a state of not feeling well or never getting better. Spices, herbs, garlic should be short term solutions to health problems, we should not make them a lifestyle.
