Hello, Has anyone tryed a watermelon with kale green smoothie ? Would it be ok to add watermelon with the kale, as far as digestion goes ? Melons are supost to be eated alone, i guess that still apllies if you are drinking a smoothie ? Paul

it is organic. I actually washed my kale tonight in salt and water, and let it soak in there for an hour, then i washed it of in cold water. I did have a nice avocado and tomato dressing over it. Well i did not get any burn at all today, maybe the avocado dressing, I do think the salt and water helped. Do they noy spray anything on organic kale ?

it was like a pepper burn, and it got quite intense. Im bloody anoyed to be honest, i wan't to be eating very high greens, because i don't get on well with sweet fruits and don't want to be eating real high fat. Im eating kale again tonight, ill see how i get on.

Hi, I had a big bowl of fresh organic kale today on its own and had avocado and sprouts on the side. After a few mouth fulls of kale my mouth stated to burn, and then i had to stop it was to bad. I added some chopped up oranges to half of the kale and started to eat and it was ok. I also mashed up some avocado and added that as a dressing to the other kale and that was ok to eat. Why was

no i hear its good for you if you have hair loss. i know when i drink lots of celery and carrot juice my hair feels very thick. might be all the vitamin E and calcium.

im experimenting with this a t the moment and i do feel like raw vegan is the healthiest way to eat. I just can't be eating all day it doesn't make me feel good and i crave food all the time. Also i need to put some weight on idealy, But i definatly need to maintain my weight. well fasting all day is great and i feel very good when i do this, so i would say i feel healthier fasting then eating a healthy meal including cooked food. Maybe i would feel better fasting all day then eating a raw vegan meal. I haven't been able to do that yet, it just don't satisfie me enough and im sure i would lose a lot of weight if i did this for a while. and i can't aford to lose

if protein wason't important to build muscle, then these pro DRUG FREE bodybuilders (natural bodybuilders) wouldn't need to be eating 'concentrated' protein every 3 hours. I f they could build as much muscle eating very low protein and high carbs they would be doing that, But they dont for a reason.........

my aim is for health NOT weight loss. Wouldn't sprouts and seeds with salad be high in fat ? I mean you can't eat fruit with that salad if you put seeds on it, right ? Would a higher fat diet be ok if im just eating one meal a day ? i do like the sound of a large savery salad with lots of seeds and sprouts, im sure that would be very filling and stop cravings for all the sweet stuff.

One meal is one meal, no snacks or smothies or juices. I think im going to try and spit the meal into a starter and main, so today i will start with melon and then prep my large kale and fruit salad. and make sure i leave 15 mins gap inbetween the melon and salad. it will probably take 10 mins to make the salad anyway.

hello, I am going to try and eat just one meal a day for a while and see how i get on. I think it will be great for my health, and after a little while will stop all the cravings for food i get every second of the day. The question is = What would you eat if you was only going to eat ONE meal a day ? I want to make sure i am getting everything i need (minerals, aminos, e.t.c).

What i cant get over is how bad dr. graham looks, and all the bad comments i have read about him on these forums. If 80/10/10 is so good then why doesn't the man look healthy and come accross as a real nice guy ?

When i did the 80/10/10 i was just eating fruit, lots of fruit though, but very few greens, with no added fats. Maybe if i ate lots of greens with the fruit my hair would be ok ? Or i wouldn't of lost it ?
