You really should research the difference online between fresh and powder form. Especially since fresh isn't always best considering where you buy it. That said, I would not go a day without my wheatgrass : ) CHECK THIS OUT: Fresh Grown or Powdered: Which is best?

WY - I LOVE Wheatgrass Juice! Unfortunately I am only able to use the powder form since I don't have a machine to juice fresh. But I drink it every day and I love the earthy taste of it!! I actually crave it a lot of times. Anyway, I am interested in that mask thing....what kind and where do I buy this "clay" to mix it with and how much to mix? THANKS!!!

I know this may sound like a simple question but really it's not that simple. ANYONE can start a business and "CLAIM" their stuff is "certified organic" or just "organic". One website sells the same product with the same claim for 1/2 the price.....hmmmm....sounds fishy doesn't it? But think about this....we can't see how they process, grow or harvest anything t

PaulieGB I am living on just green smoothies, fruit smoothies and wheatgrass juice. I feel 200% better than ever. From almost everyone I've talked to here, agree that it is okay but you want to mix up your greens and not use the same one every single day. Wheatgrass can also be bought online or at a health food store if you don't grow your own (I don't). I would like it better however if I did

According to ProActive this what they said causes breakouts: A blemish begins approximately 2-3 weeks before it appears on your skin's surface. It starts in your sebaceous hair follicles, the tiny holes commonly called pores. Here’s how it happens: Pore Deep within each follicle, your sebaceous glands are working to produce sebum, the oil that keeps your skin moist and pliable. Clogge

I didn't know there was such a thing as raw apple cider vinegar but after reading what you all have written I guess I should just stay away from it. But is there any other kind of raw vinegar? Maybe one that wouldn't upset the tummy as much if any? I love vinegar. BTW, Shaine your new pic looks awesome! You look sooo happy and healthy...down right radiant : ) How long have you been raw?? la_veronique I'm here in Jacksonville, FL and can tell you that the ones in the grocery store are just plain HORRIBLE! You must try it for free!!" all the while stopping me in my tracks and almost shoving it down my throat, so I graciously tried one. It

Thanks David I will check out that website and thanks for all your help, advice and support! By the way what do you think of cashew milk? I read you don't have to strain it but unlike almond milk which your drinking the "water" that cashew milk is all the cashew and water. It sounds like less work and I would probably like it better than almond milk because I don't like almonds but I

David - So far (the last 2 days) has been really easy but getting "sure you are getting all the nutrition you need" is what I'm kind of worried about. HOW do you know if you are or aren't? I know that the biggest thing I've noticed is my energy level is off the roof : ) which is a nice change for someone like me who is constantly fatigued!

Hey everyone! I have a question: If all you wanted to do every day was juice everything & drink green smoothies (and fruit smoothies) every day would that be healthy? I mean are you getting enough calories and nutrition (i.e. vitamins, minerals, etc.)? Could I sustain this way for a long period of time health wise? For example could I do this?: Breakfast - Fruit Smoothie
