Wow really interesting people...Great stuff Roxeli! I had a friend who had a terrible mole on his finger, he had liquid nitrogen put on it and it was so bad that he almost froze his finger off... I don't know him now and I doubt he'd be able to eat raw but i'm sure he would have liked to hear these testermonials...

Hey justin...I know that during a fast, your thirst also goes down...Even though I've looked into it, I haven't seen evidence to show that less water is better than more. Have you got any links? I've experimented with less and more water during fasts and I must say that I don't actually get a thirst craving...When I am thirst I actually get hungry. This one time I think I was about 14 days int

I like the fact that the Raw food movement is probably the most colourful of all movements...If you look at most restaurants they look boringly pompus. While the raw restaurants seem to be fun and vibrant and seem to be alive.

I've water fasted many times, twice over 28 days...Tell me, are the stars you see mostly visible when you move your eyes suddenly? If they are then they are very familiar to me. I no longer get stars when they fast, nor do I get particularly dizzy, only when I get up really fast after laying down for hours. I think they are very normal. I think it has something to do with your brain detoxin

I'm not one to spend a lot of money on expensive training equipment...However I've looked all over my house and there's literally nothing that I can use for a pullup bar... I was wondering if these are good things? I've seen Richard use one of these in his training video's...Is it a worthewhile to get one like this for about £150? An alternative is a squatrack but these are more exp

For my new years resolution I'm deciding to try to go more frutarian...I might still have leafy greens but no oils or nuts. Oh yes, I will also consume a b12 supplement. I was just wondering if this will be good for meditation? I heard that one of the people that influenced one of the first raw foodists (that black dude with dreads) was influenced by a group of meditationers that only at

Hey Richard, I was wondering if you could measure your vertical leap for me? I'm a basketball player so I'm very interested in jumping... A vertical leap is how high you can jump with no runup or step. It's usually measured by high you can reach and then how high you can reach with a jump and taking your reach away from your jump. Online you get so many phoneys which say that they've got

Yes well that's what the Greecs believed as it utilises many meditative skills...Visualisation is one of them where the great mathematician etches the equation into his mind very clearly. Multitasking is another, where he has to remeber one thing while introducing the next part and working that out at the same time, the more he can multitask, the more difficult the equation he can work out. Did that person heal his tooth? Can he now eat those citrus fruits without worrying about his teeth? I personally can only eat bananas every day and then citrus fruits as a treat.

Maybe David Wolfe didn't get much apparent detox symptoms. My friend doesn't get any major detox symptoms, he just gets very lathargic which is why he goes back into cooked. However when I first went raw, I broke out in really bad rashes. It was terrible. I agree that raw food 'gurus' need to cover the detox a little more, some make out that you'll detox in like 3 weeks and you'll be the happi

It's a complete myth that we use less than 10% of our brains. We use all parts at different times. How much of our potential we actually use is debatable, anyone who has had any experience will think we use very little but the yogis pretend that it's a scientific fact. Math was used back in the mystery schools in ancient greece along with meditation and all other sorts of things. My guessin
