Well done. What really made raw possible for me was a delicious lightly cut salad with dressing and herbs. Sun dried tomatoes and Basil are pretty much the taste givers which make it sooooo good...I highly recommend it! It's also fun being in the kitchen and using a knife the way it should. I remember my first week of raw...Everything went amazingly and then in the second week, I broke out in

Perhaps not enough salt...Maybe your cells aren't absorbing the water and retaining it outside of your cells.

I've heard a few different theories on this...I was just wondering if you get a coating on your tongue when going raw and did it ever go?

I'd recommend anything by Tom Brown but most of all "The way of the scout." A little of Hunter S Thompson (but not too much) I'm not the best reader but I'm a very good thinker so I tend to only have time to read political/philosophical books. I wish I could fit in a novel now and then but I rarely do... Political: Rise of the fourth Reich - Jim Mars. Against Oligarchy - Webs

Don't you think a local firms might conspire to use you people to take down small raw vegitarian restaurant owners that have been taking away their business? It wouldn't be very difficult to do...The local newspapers would love a story where animal rights protesters are picketing a vegitarian restaurant, all the public would see is the signs and then that restaurant and their minds will fill i

You've also got the people who look into nature for their diet...If you look at our closest animal relatives, they eat bugs and insects...Perhaps these would be part of our ancestral diet as well. If so then that opens a new type of ethics since the dilema of 'eating our natural ancestral diet' vs 'not hurting one living organism' arises. If one eats our natural ancestral diet, would he then be u

Wow thanks so much for this video...I've always suspected this but I didn't think the science would catch up. Amazing, this totally discredits eugenics once and for all.

Jeez, I'm sorry okay!!! Look at the quote for yourself, you'll see that it's taken completely out of context. I was saying I was thinking about meeting up with animal rights people because they have the same kinds of concerns that I do, yet I call them crazy for the way they go about it. Yet it's spun to say that I am calling animal rights people crazy for being 'compassionate' over animals

Point taken...I didn't think about the language I was using. However, a definition of a terrorist would be someone that strikes fear into others for political motivations. If a group were to kidnap a scientist, torture, brand and tattoo the guy to scare other scientists then this is terrorism. Or if you were to dig up their family pets and impail them in their garden then this is terrorism. You m

Also calcium plays a role in the tension of muscles while magnesium relaxes them. If your body is pulling calcium off of your bones to balance your blood, would not your muscles become more tense from this action?

When I said the "Crazy" remark...I was thinking about places where I could meet like minded people. I considered Animal Rights people amongst them. If I did not care for animal rights, I would not have considered them. Yet from my experiences (which might be limited) I've found these people to be extreme so while I likened their compassion to animals to my own, the way they go about it

One way you could test your theory is to take some dmt or ayahuasca orally and if the mao's are being inhibited, you'll trip out. If not then it's not being inhibited...So if you are inhibiting then you could ask others who experience problems are eating things high in tyramine...What a fun test you've got there

Do you think there's some truth to this? I remember having a dream where I was meditating and eating a banana at the same time...When I broke meditation, I felt unbelievably happy and I was playing the drums along to the 'banana splits' theme...Then I was going into meditation again really strongly... Is anyone new to this show? I used to love it when I was a kid

What got me eventually into raw food was my muscles and posture... Even though people doubt what I have said here many times...I promise people I have tried every type of stretching regime and hatha style yoga yet I've never seen any real gains in flexibility. I've tried these over a long period of time... I meditate a lot and I do so cross legged and my legs still ache after about 20 minut
