I think wolfe still looks healthy today.. more healthier today than doug graham looks in that video. doug graham holds a lot of tension in his body, his movements are stiff and he has trouble expressing emotions. Health is about vibrancy.. not simply having an athletic body.

Make sure to take a supply of dates and nuts perhaps? If you were snowed in.. maybe you could forego the strictness of your diet and eat what it took to survive? If I was snowed in.. Id probably prefer something hot to a salad.

Well I began tai chi about 7 years ago, but after a while wanted to experiment with other styles. Doing the same movements over and over can get boring, despite the great benefits the body gets. Also tai chi the way I trained was less about defense and more about health, and most people in my class were in their 60's so sparring was out the question. (im 27) So yeah I looked into wing chun co

Wing chun, but my session involves stretching, pushups, situps etc.. a whole body workout. Wing chun alone is pretty minimal compared to other styles. I also do an hour of tai chi in the morning.

Being skinny =/= being unhealthy. Im at my skinniest when Im 100% raw, which is basically grazing on fruit and some nuts from waking till about 6pm when I have a salad. Then some more fruit until bed. But skinny or not I have the energy to do 3 mile runs and 2 hour martial art sessions. So yeah, Being skinny =/= being unhealthy.. your focus should be on eating good, cutting out the junk a

[180degreehealth.blogspot.com] what are your thoughts on this? I gotta agree Doug Graham aint looking too great, and that athletic fitness is by no means a barometer of good health.

1) Lets say I plunge my hand into a big bowl of nuts and come up with 1 handful, would that be obtaining my 10% daily fat intake? might sound silly but im terrible with measurements and have no measuring tools. So im quite unsure of when i should cap the amount of nuts ive eaten in a day. 2) how many medium sized avocado's would I need to eat to obtain 10% daily fat? 3) is it accurate

Experience will be your best teacher. Im nearly 2 years raw and still refining. My advice is to read as much as you can and watch everything available on youtube. If im reading a raw book, i'll usually be youtubing the author to see if theyre walking their walk.

Problem is I like to have either bell peppers or mango's as part of my leafy green salad to have something sweet to compliment the chlorophyll. So if I added nuts wouldnt that be poor food combining? (still using mango) How can I have a sweet tasting, fattening + filling leafy green salad? I could just have more carbs, but Ive been neglecting fat as of late and feel I need to veer that w

thanks for the advice guys, yeah im aware of poor food combining. Does fermentation in the gut have any other negative side effects? ie is it bad for the body? I suspect the bad dreams I wrote about in my other post could be due to fermentation in my gut. This morning I had a dream about jumping high (ie free of excess weight, liberated etc) and when I woke up I went number 2 on the john and am f

Whenever im high raw, I always seem to have one or two troubling dreams about past mistakes which usually I dont care about if im off the wagon and eating junk. Could the emotions I felt at these past deeds be buried under the junk? and only come to the surface when im clean? Has anyone experienced something similar in their detoxing?

I have an embarresing issue.. my rectal emmisions have been lethal the last few days.. I guess this is due to fruit fermenting in my gut. Is this an issue of having too much undigested fat in my gut? Ive gotta sort this out I may end up evicting my neighbours I share a hallway with!

Is there a limit for how long nuts/seeds should be soaked before consuming them? I have some Almonds sitting a bowl of water next to me, theyve been there for almost a day. Im just getting into soaking my nuts/seeds. Also, for all those who soak their nuts.. (ahem) do you just buy a small pack, open em up and put them in water and eat them straight from the water when theyre ready? or do

A week? It took me 6 months before I felt the 'glow'. You have a lot of detoxing to do before you start feeling the benefits.
