Hell yeah for this thread! There is nothing quite like a raw food high. And you're so right about the mind playing tricks on you to fool you into eating cooked foods, I have to fend off my inner cooked demon more often than I'd like. Though thats not to say there can't be a raw demon also Sometimes I have pushed myself to ridiculous limits just to say Ive been 100% raw, when really the me

Which is better for recovery? Carbs replenish glycogen, but protein is good for rebuilding tissue. Is a combination of both good? I usually go with fruit (500+ kcal) but am still not reaching the rapid recovery I would like and hear others talk about.

Even if Wolfe is a @#$%&... none of us is perfect. Atleast Wolfe isn't videoing spiders in his shed and passing them off as being relative to raw foodism, is he harley? There are more immediate evils in this world than Wolfe selling powders and pills. Ultimately he is here doing good work for the planet.

Cause living a life pointing out the faults of others is a life worth living right champ? Here's the original article. Ignore this chumps vids. He only wants your viewcount to go towards his ad royalties. David Wolfe is a bigger man that you'll ever be Harley.

Sounds like a classic case of not eating enough fruit. Next time cravings hit, try downing a good 8 banana smoothy. Guarenteed to quash those cravings. Ive also found that a handful of nuts after a salad will help satiate me.

Any ideas as to what the deciding factor is? (ie too much water/ too much fat) for the settling? I used the same ingredients I use for most smoothies and never have this problem so in what way is it the fibre? I say problem cos this settling effect ruins smoothies for me, it really puts me off.. makes it look like sewerage lol.

whats the reason that sometimes when I make a smoothy half of the mix will settle on the bottom as a thick soup and the top half will be like juice? Ive always thought it was down to lack of water but I put tonnes in today and it happened. My new theory is that too many nuts/seeds will make this happen, as I put plenty in today.
