thanks alive- i'll keep it dry! i think it's got worse since my hands have been wet alot from raw food preperation and washing up (although I use gloves)! how do i make kefir from juice yogamama? is that what hippocrates institute made from wheat berries? cos i thought that this was now out of favour?

I have been using aloe vera gel topically, and have been eating plenty of ground flax seeds. it has become horrible, bleeding, peeling, blistering.

i haven't come accross it. you have to make it yourself. Grind seeds in a coffee grinder, add a little oil to make a paste. Or put them through a greenstar juicer, if you have one. tell us how you get on.

i went through a phase of binging on watermelon. I thought i would enjoy it while it lasted,... and it made me feel blissful,... and it's an easy and yummy way of getting your energy/calories.

Anyone drink these teas? I sometimes have green tea raw, made in the blender! But I haven't tried white tea. White tea is supposed to be even better for you than green tea.

i can't get hold of organic greens always. i don't know if I should just eat non-organic greens (big bunches of parsley etc) or instead eat vegetables and fruits that i can peel...?! I'm sure alot of us have come up against this dilema. What is your take?

i agree, having a blended salad might be easier to digest and make you feel better than having reguar salad with all that cellulose to break down.

Just go for the highest wattage you can afford. 700-900 watts are generally affordable.

there are many supplements you could try, but I would consult with a good herbalist or naturopath.

yes there are several herbs which suppress the thyroid. Lemon balm for eg. Also maca is an adaptogen suited to the thyroid, which may help balance things. However I would consult with a good herbalist.

Today so far: Breakfast 1: 1 banana Breakfast 2: watermelon Breakfast 3: 2 apples smoothie with flax seeds, cacoa and other superfoods Lunch: Raw homous in little gem lettuce with rocket Snack 1: Watermelon Snack 2: Papaya Snack 3: Goji berries Dinner is gonna be salad and avocado etc. Then I will have some more fruit later on. I am feeling hungry today!
