I got one more Q. Some people say that the bononos ate fruit and that we came from them. Therefore we must eat fruit. But they did not have the brain we have. Do you think that eating more fat had an evolutionary effect on the brain?

It could be related to exposure to the media. If the kids watch a lot of TV, then they may develop a superficial personality based on quick wants. But if they spend time alone, then they may develop a reflexive personality.

I would like to read some opinions about the right type of food for the brain. Especially, I would like to hear how the 80/10/10 diet works on the long term. My point is that the brain is not a muscle, and probably has different requirements than the rest of the body. Thanks. If I cut the green leafs into small pieces then I don't need the plunger. But if I put whole big green leafs, then I need to push with something. So yeah, I don't really need a plunger but it would be nice to have just in case. Some people on videos put whole big leafs in and then they relly on pushing the plunger.

Hi.
I have a Hamilton Beach Tempest. It is very nice but it does not come with a plunger (HB doesn't make one for this model). It does a super nice job but if I add too much green, then it needs the extra help. Any ideas where I could get a plunger?
