Firts part Being born in an industrial society puts you a condition of intellectual blindness. This blindness happens when the dominant ideology makes invisible what is out there and it only lets you see what you have been taught to see. In the scientific era, a great emphasis was placed on the importance of numbers and numerical quantities as it was fruitful in other parts of the smart ape kn

A second adaptation to the adverse weather conditions experienced, was a process of large mass socialization. In order to survive to a common thread, smart apes were forced to socialize in larger groups and thus start ideologies of large mass coordination. Ideas were the tools that allowed such behavior as they could be easily transmitted. But since ideas allowed for mass control, ideas became a

Bacteria is invisible but once multiplied it will create a different inner pet. there are three types: 1 best 2 medium best 3 bad 2 medium best is usually a combo of many types. 3 bad happens when 1 & 2 are missing, which depends on diet 1 best only happens when selected and forced (probiotics)

Update. Change step 3 from 'overnight' to 24 hours. It gives the bacteria more time. Drink 3/4 of the glass and leave 1/4 as a seed. Fill the glass with fresh juice and leave at room temperature till next morning. Use a new pill as a seed every 4-7 days and thoroughly clean the glass. Drink a big glass of this 'wine' first thing in the morning and it will give you excellent mood all day long.

When the smart ape went outside of its geographical region, it had to adapt in order to prosper under the new circumstances. Its most important adaptation was ideological not physical. Its previous life was based on recollection with a symbiotic relation to its environment, which gave it meaning. When it moved outside, it had to adopt a life of domestication. It went from recollection to work the

Tai, journal.diabetes.org/diabetesspectrum/00v13n3/pg132.htm QuoteWith insulin deficiency, the oxidation of branched chain amino acids in muscle and uptake of alanine (the principle glycogenic amino acid) by the liver is accelerated, resulting in increased gluconeogenesis and augmented protein catabolism.18 The accompanying rise in glucose levels is most likely due to an increased conversio

Hei Tai. I only use a little. Some people use Cups (way too much). You can also control the amount by time feeling. The longer the time the more absorbed. As far as blood glucose goes, I think it is good to go higher than normal at least once a day. The reason why is that if there is little dietary sugar, the sugar thermostat rises to compensate. Which means that you actually have higher blood

If you overeat and feel that you went overboard, you may be Mg deficient I just did a big meal, and felt regretful. But I had a weapon! I took a foot soak bath in epsom salt and quickly I could feel how everything normalized. FYI, this is what I use and works for me. I am not sure if other mg methods would work the same:

There are wild animals and there are wild plants. If you live in a modern country, you most probably eat domesticated plants. Domesticated plants have been engineered for size and sweetness. You won't find wild plants on supermarkets because their fruits are small and their greens are bitter. If you let a baby choose between wild and domesticated, the baby will choose domesticated. The original d

Hi Tai. Thanks for the good words. I've been vegan for 6 years. I went straight to raw and after maybe tree years started adding cooked foods. I do the coconut oil thing for 20 minutes a day (after last meal of the day) and an hour later I take oral probiotics. I don't take regular probiotics but I used to a while back. Maybe I should. Oral proboitics improve your mouth health (cavities, gingi

Wild animals don't get fat because of food scarcity. Food scarcity is natural plus they depend on exercise for survival. In contrast, smart apes are domesticated. Domesticated animals have access to unlimited food and they don't exercise.

40F = 40 grams of Fructose The 40F diet is based on an approximation of the 80 grams liver glycogen capacity. Some people say some livers store 120 grams of glycogen and that is OK. I personally do more than 40g of F per meal (80 grams of glycogen). It consists on a 3 meal/day dietary pattern like this: first meal must contain 40 grams of fructose whole food (glucose homeostasis)

Nunativs. How do apes survive without farms? Without trucks of shipments, apes would die? Do apes live where they cannot live? If so, what could they eat? Why won't you see watermelons growing in parking lots when there are vegans around? Do you live in a tropical area where there are fruits all year round?

Due to a diaspora, the smart ape abandoned the diet that made it smart. The brain then shrank, and the smart ape adopted a negative behavior that became its new normal. Being born in this state is the new normal and therefore hard to recognize. To reverse the cause is easy but it has been invisible. Repeating the same mistakes everyday made it invisible for thousands of years. By reversing the ca

Yeah I saw that vid a while back. TIP: I would advice to find a food you like to eat with fruits. If the fruits are too sweet, they can cause hyperactivity when eaten in an empty stomach (sugar rush). But when fruit is eaten with other foods, it doe4s not cause hyperactivity. Hyperactivity is stress caused by adrenaline and it does not happen to everybody.

It is a one way valve. Once carbs become fat, they cannot fuel the brain, kidney and blood cells because fats do not become carbs (one way). Fats can be burned by muscle etc. Yet, the whole hormonal thing is regulated by sensing carbs in the blood, while stored fat is not sensed. Stored fat is released when low glucose in blood. This causes stress (adrenaline, cortisol). Yet, by adding fruits in

Metabolic damage is an epidemic all over. The brain, when blood glucose levels go down, starts a process called metabolic damage as compensatory abatement. The cells in the hypothalamus detect the level. The hypothalamus talk to the pituitary gland (through a special blood duct). The pituitary gland makes the adrenal glands release the hormone adrenalin. Adrenalin causes stress. Cortisol levels g
