Thanks for your feedback. I have this blood type diet still in my head because I was on it for so long and it seemed to work for me in general for a while. Now, I think it is hard to maintain and it recommends I eat ALOT of meat/fish... I dont feel comfortable with my food choices when I follow it. On the other hand, I seem to struggle with trying to staying raw, but I am doing better in

128. bloated
Today I am setting my mentality back to raw again. Feels good. However, I am bloated today. Does this happen to others when they go raw? I did have raw fish for lunch so tomorrow I will try to go without that as well... like I was told, take one day at a time, I will get there. And... we really dont need alot of protein like I thought. I felt better without so much.

so, my question is how does one stick to raw even if they are feeling ill at first? and.. how long till someone starts to feel better? I started eating cooked foods again, but I see that I am not feeling the same. Not alot, really. Maybe if I get rid of my george foreman, cookware then, I wont be tempted to cook anything? Also, I think living in cold temp makes it hard to be raw, but

Calling for a list of some low carb veggies I can use... I ate alot of carrots and nightshade vegetables, and I was really "off". Too much sugar and my stomach was bloated and irritable. I always go back to more low carb eating... is that weird? so many people here eat and promote fruit.

I have never been a coffee drinker myself. However, I will admit, at one point I was addicted to vivarin ( caffeine) stimulant to get me through my day.. it was bad, but I still wonder if I was the only one who took this? Now and then, I want to buy some when I am in school, but I know it will mess me up, so I just wait it out.

Hi Thanks! the first link looks great but way too expensive for me right now. I might order that book though I am determined o get back to a healthy state with my teeth it can be done. I also think cutting back on the fish and eventually, doing away with it will help. Lots of veggiessss.... little fruit works for me.

I was using olive oil on my salads, just a teaspoon. I am going to cut out olive oil and nuts for one week to see what happens. Also, does anyone else eat rice cakes? or rice at all?

I definitely am not eating more than I burn. My average is about 1100 calories. I am wondering if I am not eating enough? Also, I did have fish a few times this week but I know we are not suppose to mention that on here. IT was not fried, just baked. Could that mess me up?

I am still a little bit confused as to why I am not losing any weight on the raw diet? Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and how long does it take to go away? I workout all the time, but the only time I lose any weight is when I drastically reduce my carb intake.

Ok, I am back in school full force again. I am so curious if adhering to a raw food lifestyle has helped others with learning, writing and just overall productivity in school or work. I seem to think clearer when I am following raw, but I would love to hear others thoughts. It helps to stay motivated and focused! I need as much support as I can get during this program
