so, since I have added sea salt and olive oil into my diet, I noticed I am puffier. And.. I crave cooked foods more with these items. I dont do well on coc oil, so forget that. In general, do others feel better without these two items? just curious.

Well, this helps me out some. I told you I was in ketosis for a long time. Maybe the effects are catching up with me. I still hope I can reverse and save my life. At this point, I am scared and I am not sure if I can do it. I need to believe I can. And.. I actually never did hi fat, I just did alot of protein. Still not a good thing though

Keen-- I have tried them as well, and learned the hard way.. not WORTH IT!! I had similar reactions just like the vega bar.. regardless if it says raw or not, I am not buying into the packaged food deal anymore. I try, but it always backfires. Listen to your body, if it doesnt feel right, then something is off. Love yourself. You owe it to yourself to be good to your body.

ok, so it is pretty much finding the balance. I am working on it. Thank you. I need to really stock up on the vegetables because it appears that is the only thing I can eat right now.

Ok, that was a bit too abrubt. Maybe I do have it, but I just read that eating grass fed beef and wild salmon are the way to cure it!!! For sure, this cannot be what the answer is. I just know I was not myself after having my smoothies ( broc, spin, coc, celery, carrots, lime juice) and I had the vega bar. I was on edge all day and I also think I cant tolerate nightshades... this is ridicu

I have question, since going raw/vegan, I have noticed I am more laid back and probably this is a good thing. However, one of my friends said it is not my "personality" and she feels that you cannot be laid back and successful. I was kind of annoyed by this.. but wanted to hear thoughts. I do think she is right, I like stress to a point. I actually need it to be productive, but w

I agree.. I had a similar experience at WF this week. I feel like people have no idea what they are talking about sometimes. But, I fell for it. I bought a vega bar... and it is not really that "bad" but I felt so guilty after eating it...

Hi Just wondering if anyone has some positive feedback regarding bone loss and teeth. I went to the dentist and now I have to see a peridontis.. due to severe bone loss. I am not sure if this was caused by the low carb diet or not. It seems like when I move away from the blood type diet ( low carb), I have all these issues. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks. Probably no

This is a pretty big step for me, but today I had a small salad and an apple for lunch. I feel a big difference in my energy level. I am starting to see that I need fruit in my diet ( not a ton).. this is a huge step considering I was so low carb for so long. Again, baby steps, but I am so grateful for everyones support. I just keep telling myself-- clean foods and I want to be as close t

Thanks! I did pilates and kickboxing last night.. it was a nice workout. Still need to find the right balance, but I think cardio and either pilates or yoga will be my routine for a bit. Also, I actually wanted to eat the apple today instead of contemplating over and over... is this sugar bad for me or not. Ridiculous.

90. Fat
I am wondering how much fat we should have in our diet..in general. I think the olive oil might be affecting me.. has anyone else experienced a difference once they get rid of olive oil? also, in terms of grams, for me, it helps to have a better understanding of how much fat grams I need in my diet. Again, this is different for everyone, I know. Right now, I get my fat from flax see
