I tried 3 of the dressings so far, and like them. However, I am trying to just eat the salads without them. I also am slowly moving away from olive oil. Sometimes, it is tempting to put some on my salad but I am doing better. Thanks for sharing the recipes. RP- which one did you try?

40. candida
Well, now I think I have candida and it started from eating more vegetables than normal. Seriously, I dont think my body likes any sugar at all. It could have been the FF dressing the other day, or too many sweet fruits ( not that much) or the nightshade vegetables.Carrots, mushrooms... something initiated this. Too many nuts?? to be honest, I am sad and feel hopeless on this plan. I reall

I realized today that I miss salad dressing. I have been eating salads with lemon juice and a little olive oil in the past. Now, I am done with olive oil Today I had some FF gluten free asian dressing which I know was not raw, but it was not all that "bad". Then, I realized why not find a good recipe, and make a raw dressing to give flavor to my salads. I will google, but if any

I am not a fan of supplements, and I wonder if they have actually been doing me harm. Does everyone need a probiotic? I take a multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, b-100 and probiotic. Just curious what others take and does anyone just take a multi and call it a day? Sometimes I feel like I live on supplements. Kind of annoying. thoughts?

Everyone of my friends said they would consider me laid back.. and easy going. I think it is interesting because I always thought of myself as high-strung NewYorker who is always on the go. I guess someone could be laid back but still have alot of energy. Anyhow, the raw style has helped me to be more relaxed with who I am.
