Today I encountered another problem. Following my detox (cold-like symptoms and swollen lymph nodes), my left ear hurts deep inside whenever I try to blow my nose, and I feel something bothering me in there, like a deep pain (not a severe one, but yet it's still there). While detoxing all this time, my ears felt like somehow stuffed (but not completely), and my hearing was not the same (but still

Blankpageblankbook, I was asked this question before. In my case, when I'm detoxing, I feel awful of course, but I also feel somewhat energetic and happy, I'm not being weighed down by the sypmtoms. I still have my appetite, I still have the desire to do all my fun activities. Plus the detox is over more quickly. Once the detox is over, I feel so great, like a new person, cleaner, more energetic

This morning I woke up with a numb swollen finger (the tip of the finger), it was red, enlarged and looking like I had an insect bite on it (but I'm mostly certain I didn't). It wasn't painful, it was just like I felt it was hard and there was a tension in it. This happened to me 5 years ago, for at least 2 years in a row, but with all my fingers, they were all swollen and red and hard and num

I eat while watching Youtube videos or reading on the internet. Right now I'm eating apples as I'm typing this. I love to eat when my husband is next to me, we cuddle up in bed and I have my fruits or my dinner while he is watching tv or reading on the internet or snacking on something (sometimes I eat and he is sleeping for the night or just taking a nap during the day). I always prepare and eat

John Rose, yesterday I compared Kristina from her recent video to one of her earlier videos and I clearly saw this difference. Obviously, I never met her in person, so I appologize if I offended her. But that was just my opinion based on what I saw. However, it could be just the fact that she isn't a girl anymore, she has grown into a woman now and it's natural that her characteristics changed.

Tai, I drank lemon water today, but not with a straw (I need to get one). I squeezed the juice of a lemon and I added around 300 - 400 ml water to the juice, and the result was a wonderful tasty raw fresh lemonade. Regarding the hot pepper, I usually don't eat something like this, because I consider it an irritant and I'm sure I'll get adverse reactions. I still need to look more into it. SueZ

Yes, Jtprindl, I know it looks I blame everything on detox, but I don't have any other answer. Besides, every time I experienced such symptoms, it turned out it was detox. Alicia from Raw Synergy (whom I really trust) confirmed me it's detox. She said that she herself experienced the same thing with swollen lymph nodes and she explained to me the role of lymph nodes in detoxing. Also, Dr. Doug Gr

I only once made fresh raw spinach juice and I drank like 400 ml in one sitting (which was way too much). Then I experienced a severe gall bladder attack and the doctor said to avoid spinach from now on. In the past I used to make spinach pesto or spinach smoothie / soup and I was fine each time. But the juice gave me adverse reactions, as it was more potent. I don't eat beetroot, I don't like

I'm currently going through strong detox: fever, very runny nose, huge headaches, chills, hot flushes, weakness, dizziness, some coughing, unable to sleep due to stuffed nose. Today I noticed an enlarged / swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, it's a bit painful, but it's small. From what I read online it most probably may be caused by me having this cold. Have you experienced

I'm currently going through nasty strong detox: fever, very runny nose, huge headaches, chills, hot flushes, weakness, dizziness, some coughing (it started this week on Tuesday, but it was preparing since Friday last week). Today I noticed an enlarged / swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, it's a bit painful, but it's small. From what I read online it most probably may be caused by me

I recently had my zoodles with a great sauce made of tomatoes, zucchinis, bell peppers, fresh dill and dried thyme (I dried the bunch of fresh thyme I got from farmers' market, I like dried thyme better than the fresh one). The last two evenings, after having this dinner with dried thyme, I felt so restless (especially a restless mind) that I had difficulty falling asleep, and even throughout

My all time favourite comfort raw vegan meal is zoodles with my sauce made of tomatoes, zucchinis, fresh dill, bell pepper and carrot pulp from my carrot juice, I make a large box full of zoodles and it totally satisfies me. It's simple to make, just spiralize the zucchinis and blend the ingredients for the sauce, then pour the sauce over the zoodles and mix very well. No dehydrator needed and no

Coconutcream, I don't know if cannabis oil can heal brain tumors. Thank you, SueZ, for your support. My dad had the surgery on Thursday, it wasn't painful, it was radiosurgery with Gamma beams (no incisions needed). They discovered a second smaller tumor in his brain (3 mm). However, these beams don't cure the tumors, just keep them under control and stop them for a while. I read on the int

Sadly, I have bad news about my dad's health situation. My mom told me that after 6 months of doing great, my dad had a full CT and they discovered changes in his brain. Then he had an MRI and it showed a small brain tumour in the left part of the brain, probably secondary to the lung tumour in his left lung. He went to the pneumology hospital to his doctor to show him the results and the docto

Blankpageblankbook, yes, by all means get a masticating one, if you do end up buying a juicer, it's the best. I'm sure you'll eventually find one that you like and suits your needs. Here is a link: Here is the one I bought (but they only ship it within my country): My menu all this time: - green grapes - plums - red apples - 1 pear I received as a gift yesterday (it was good,

Thank you for your kind wish, Suez My menu all this time: - green grapes - plums - red apples - 1 pear I received as a gift yesterday (it was good, I don't eat pears usually, I don't like them) - 1 banana I received as a gift (I don't usually eat bananas as I don't buy any) (I received 2 more yesterday, they need more ripening) - nectarines - peaches - black grapes (very sweet and

Coconutcream, I'm sorry I just now answer your question, after all this time... I've been reading almost all posts on Dr. Graham's forum, and I must say I really like his forum, once you post your reply, you get an answer very quickly. I like the fact that the forum is an opportunity to communicate with Dr. Graham himself, which I find is such a great thing. It's indeed a really supportive forum

Thank you so much, Coconutcream and SueZ, for your advice I discovered that the quantity of juice + the quantity of pulp = the total amount of carrots I use. For example, I used 900 g carrots and I got 400 ml juice and 500 g pulp. That's interesting and it makes sense. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I got a lot of information from it as well, as I'm continuously trying to educate myself about this amazing lifestyle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I recently bought a masticating / cold press / slow juicer and started drinking carrot juice and it has great effects on me, plus a very experimented raw vegan friend of mine practically grew drinking carrot juice, and he told me it's perfect for removing toxins out of your body. I drink 300 ml of carrot juice every two days, as I also use the carrot pulp, so I don't want to get too much pulp at

I've also been told that I lost a lot of weight, my mom always tells me this when I go visit her. My grandmom told me I willingly starve myself to lose weight. I told her I eat lots of raw fruits and veggies, but she eats a standard diet and she always tells me to eat animal products, so she doesn't see fruits and veggies as real food. She also saw me drinking water and she said that I drink wate

Guys, I have a question for you. I recently bought a slow juicer especially for making carrot juice. My question is: how do I log my juice into Cronometer? I usually make carrot juice from 1 kg of carrots, which results in 300 ml carrot juice. I use the remaining carrot pulp (I didn’t weigh it so far) in my tomato sauce for my zoodles. So, if in a day I drink the 300 ml carrot juice

My food from my trips: 1. At the restaurant: - fresh carrot juice - raw vegan tomato soup with seasonal veggies and a hint of garlic - raw vegan zoodles with tomato onion garlic sauce, with a dash of dried oregano and sliced black olives (the last two ingredients not raw) - raw vegan salad: white cabbage, carrots, zucchini, with fresh lemon juice as a dressing - fresh apple orange grape

I think that those foods you mention are perfect and enough for your raw vegan diet: fruits, veggies, greens, little or no nuts/seeds. Try to focus on water rich foods, make green juices, carrot juice, drink plenty of water, have enough sleep, have a positive mindset. I believe that by eating like this, those digestive issues will disappear. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I think you should stop using the lemon juice on your armpits as well as on any part of your skin/body, as the lemon juice is acidic and irritating on the skin, as opposed to being alkalizing when ingested. When my hands get in touch with lemon juice, the skin gets all red and itchy. Instead of lemon juice, you could wash your armpits every day with a gentle organic handmade all natural liquid

Wow, your story is totally overwhelming! I don't know much about all the remedies you mentioned, but my advic~e would be to start eating fully raw vegan, focus on water-rich fruits, green juices, carrot juices, a healthy balance of 50 % fruits and 50 % veggies, no overt fats. Try to get a lot of sleep, stay hydrated (around 2 l of water daily) and have a positive mindset. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
