Yes, but I've been able to coax other pages out of books on Google books with limited preview by doing things like clearing catches and histories, waiting awhile, sometimes a day (I forget the actual technique I used) and then going back to the book as though I was a first-time user and then when the book reloads, quickly go to the page I left off reading at before the other pages above it load a

Sure you can read books online but I like to keep them on my shelf too. I have some books that I would never have bought if I hadn't read them online first, and how about giving them to other people, it's hard to giftwrap a computer file. IMO even if a lot of people are reading your book for free, at least they are reading it, and not someone elses book, it's like the freebees and samples that

I have a waterwise distiller and it's supposed to look like this on the inside. But I'm lazy and I don't really clean it beyond swishing it out with water so the crud builds up and looks like that: This is city water so you don't get the mineral build-up that you get from wellwater. I've lived in an area where there were so many minerals in the well water that your tub would quickly t

I checked the ph of my water before and after being distilled, and distilling it did not alter the ph level. If the minerals in our water are so great, why don't we just eat the dirt and rocks that the water flowed through to pick up the minerals? It's because our bodies use minerals from plants so much better than minerals from dirt. Starving people have cooked and eaten dirt to try to stay a

Sure, they are so strong now that he chomps metal for breakfast ;-) This is the best pic I found and they look OK. But really, raw heals everything else, why would it be detrimental to the teeth. On another forum I read some posts by someone who had been raw her whole life and she said she had never been sick, she didn't mention anything about bad teeth either.

I know that the Boutenko's eat dates and that Sergei's teeth healed, they do say in the book "Eating Without Heating" that after the healing he thought he didn't need to brush his teeth anymore and his teeth declined and now he brushed his teeth after dates, but he still eats them.

You don't have to go all the way to raw to get great results. If you get BBC America or your X does or know someone who does, there is this show "You Are What You Eat" and it is not about all raw, just about unproccessed foods and it shows people how to get off of the SAD diet and onto unprocessed foods. It's mostly vegan, they diss cheese and most meats on the show, they do eat a b

You could also try herbal alternatives for those problems, Albizza works with the liver as a natural anti-depresant. Griffonia seed extract (otherwise known as "5htp" are a precurser to serotonin, the body will make serotonin out of 5htp, serotonin puts you in a good mood and it's great for getting that delta-wave sleep for healing too.

I read somewhere, I think in was in one of Tanya Zavasta's books, that raw fooders just one day start rapidly aging and then die of things everyone else dies of . . . or, the other option is to die peacefully in your sleep.

I think it should just be used for running and light jumping, heavy jumping causes the spinal column to compress, IMHO. I wonder how rebounding would compare to swinging as far as lymph gland movement? You seem to go through the same alternating g-forces and weightlessness that you get with rebounding. I think that rocking chairs must move the lymph glands a little too, so if couch potatoes be

The problem of mineral deficient soils has to be a spectrum problem. Would orchards, where the soil has not been plowed for decades and the leaves decompose into soil, be considered mineral deficient at all? Fruit that grows on vines would probably be in the middle of the mineral defiecient spectrum. And then the annual plants would probably be grown in the most mineral deficient soils. So tre

In Fit For Life (chapter 7) it says "The five essentials of life that must come from the foods you eat are glucose for fuel (from carbohydrates), amino acids, minerals, fatty acids, and vitamins. The number one, most important priority of any food is it's fuel value. Without fuel the body cannot exist. Fuel value should always be the foremost factor in determining the worth of any food. The

But, we aren't born breatharians, are we? We are born needing to eat every two hours or so, with similar eating patterns to a fruitarian.
