I am planning to check blood glucose level of my guests and look for changes , it might be due to veggies (may not be oil, olives and avocado alone) like raw cruciferous veggies have effect on goitrogens , it might be some thing to do with that kind of nature.

Do any one know how to remove grit or stones from Kelp powder and Dulse Flakes, I bought it from Mountain Rose/Frontier, Do I need to return it ? or is there any protocol to remove them easily, so that I don't break my teeth.

PL, I have read and learned much from your post, please post your message occasionally (if you are comfortable and sure that it won't cause troll) , Dr Annapan is not in a situation to buy Vit B12 , Creatinine, Zn etc., so he has only few options left that's why he turned out for different sources and he cured leprosy through raw diet and it is recorded in our state in India.

PL, people are different and they change with age and physiology, I request you , please stay in this forum, my Ex-Director's brother Dr.Annapan , he is still running a clinic (un able to find his blog as of now), who cured leprosy (medical miracle) through raw food diet , he wrote amazing book on raw food , need to change his diet to include little meat once in a while to stay healthy at old age

Do anyone knows why regular salad (spinach, olives, spring mix, sun flower sprouts green,pecan , sunflower seed,onion, radish , beets, dressing etc., ) leaves any one (especially beginners) to have energy dip after one or two hours, would consuming 2 organic banana after 30 minutes of salad, would help avoid the energy dip, please post your suggestions.

Thanks Suez, you know so much about our Idli making process.... I am getting prepare for the Institute as well I may start my own at some point of time, so Iam keeping my ears open on all the good raw and cooked diets ...Idli is going to on of the staple item for cooked vegans in the Institute but rich amino acids of soy (after fermentation) really attracts....

I don't know how many of you have tasted real blueberry directly from the plant/garden , it has totally different taste (mother nature is Great) then what you get from store (including organic one).
