Sproutarian man, I do not how long you are on raw diet , if I add sea weeds and turmeric sprouts digest ok for me but not perfectly as coconut and banana, but in our Institute we never recommended any capsules for any reasons, our founder suggested to look for answer from mother nature (from 1959 on wards) our techniques might look primitive , we drink water from clay pot (it might have little al

clank72, Please blanch the almonds after sprouting as suggested by Ann Wignore, it should avoid quick fermentation/rancidity or try adding little vanilla bean powder, blanched almonds will result in pure white milk (no tannin, salicylate etc., also it increases lysine), kids, guests and elders also will enjoy this great drink . Thanks Suez, good suggestion, Can you please share your experience with enzyme supplements, I need to try combining rehydrated sea weeds and/or fulvic acid to beans, peas, and sprouts, it's a very good idea , you are awesome, do you think because of carboxyl and phenolate groups and high O2 content, fulvic acid make the anti nutrient rich beans, peas, and sprouts etc., palatable and digestible.

Body needs 750,000 enzymes (that's what scientist had discovered so far, it may be 1M) to function properly , being on raw diet for 30 years and on celibacy , I find it hard to digest chick pea , green pea etc., I started this journey when I was fairly young, i.e 13, truly speaking, some sprouts and raw foods (cruciferous veggies and dark green leaves) that means I should be having very agile nuc

I consume overnight soaked peanut for almost 25 years as part of my break fast, thrice in a week , lately I learned that Peanut is rich in Aluminium and it seems to accelerate Parkinson's disease , Alzheimer disease etc., let me know if this is the same case with sprouted organic peanut? Also peanut has fungus and in particular mold alfatoxin (Apples also contain high levels of aflatoxin.),
