I'm not a British female but I'm a British male that had SERIOUS problems with Fruitarianism.....so much so that I cannot turn back! BECAUSE I'M HAVING TOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!! It seriously changed my life for the better and caused serious progress to my fitnress performance to the point where I can now do an "unassisted" ONE ARM CHIN UP.....why don't you write about that!...or the man

If your naturaly thin then I'm not sure how effective using fitness to "gain weight" would be, if exercise alone put weight on, I'd be obese by now......sure you could eat hard to digest foods all day long and yeah you'll put on on (fat/water) weight because of stressing out your digestive system but then your no better off than you were when you were on cooked foods, I think it all dep

To me it all depends on what you want to call somebody that eats raw foods, the main choices are fruitarian or raw vegan, to me there's no difference it's just a choice of labels and there's no right or wrong way to be coz at the end of the day raw food is raw food. As for me...I choose to describe myself as a Fruitarian.....for me I knew I was a Fruitarian straight off the bat even before I

I think we need to figure out our wording here, when people say "lose their periods" are they saying they are not having them altogether or are they simply much reduced.....my experience with raw women is that they still have periods but they are much reduced, meaning there's much less blood discharge and the days spent bleeding are much reduced, usually down to 2-3 days. It's not na

Ha,ha....well I must be the chosen one because I've found the opposite to be true! If the citrus that I have really dissolved my teeth on contact I would of had no teeth years ago.... But everybody is entitled to their opinion..like I said I can only speak for myself. F1

No none at all! I forced myself to drink greens for about 3 days in the beginning because everybody said I'd die without it and absolutely hated it, it didn't resonate with my spirit, so I stopped. F1

These videos I made may interest you but it's based on a 100% Fruitarian diet. My opinions: Anybody can gain "weight" when not 100% raw but actually building muscle is a very slow process especially when 100% raw when you have no "padding" from cooked foods to fill you out and any muscle growth/tone is based on adaptation meaning that you MUST maintain what your doing to ma

NOPE...I don't train hard, I prefer to train smart, I don't believe we are on this planet to beat our minds and bodies into submission with fitness, yes get outdoors and be active, get strong to prepare yourself for the elements but, think about it what are we really preparing ourselves for, we really don't need to be that strong! As far as eating hard, what the heck does that mean?....stuffi

You feel weak because your body is using all it's energy to heal and clean you up, in the beginning a lot of the work is done behind the scenes without you noticing too much except that your more lethargic, the real disruption will come when you begin to cleanse at much deeper level. Just ma ten cents! F1
