Another thing that annoys me is the rawfoodists that brag about being raw, but then have tattoos all over their body. Their lymphatic systems are completely poisoned with those tatoos.

You really should not drink out of plastic at all due to the bisphenol leeching into the water . I only try to drink distilled water, because i know the tap water is full of toxic stuff. Hi there I have a question about the produce at costco. What does "hydroponically greenhouse grown without herbicides" mean? Does that mean he stuff is organic, but not certified? I noticed that label on some of the lettuce and tomatoes at costco.

Vitamins won't do that much to harm you really. For example the rda for vitamin d is 400 iu. But if you stand out in the sun for a while you will make like 30000 iu of vitamin d.

It's impossible to be parasite free for life, everyone on earth has parasites inside of them. Some people have more then others due to how healthy they are. It's probably best just to cleanse on a periodic basis to keep any problem under control. Even rawfoodists have parasites in my opinion. You can send your stools to the best labs and still come up with false negatives.

On the blendtec HPA3A there are 2 buttons that let you decrease or increase the speed from 1 through 10. So it is basically the same as an adjustable knob. It's not just programed cycles. However it only lasts for like 50 seconds so you need to press it all the way up to the desired speed after 50 seconds.

I have a greenstar and a breville juice fountain. THe greenstar takes longer but there is less pulp in the juice. The breville does a decent job on apples, carrots, but has little bits of pulp in the juice. The Brevile juices alot faster then the greenstar, and cleanup time is about the same as greenstar. Hi Ann wigmore says to just cut above the mold, and juice the wheatgrass and it is fine. But evergreenjuices.com says it is not fine indoor wheatgrass has less nutrients, this is very confusing. Is wheatgrass grown indoors with the mold healthy or is the outdoor wheatgrass superior?

Hi does anyone know what the best juice strainer is? I have a breville cent type juicer producing foamy juice, and a little bit of food particles in the juice. I want to double filter the juice so there is no foam, and no food particles so I have no digestive stress during fasting. What is the best juice strainer on the market?
