Hard to say without knowing your diet, if you could mention what you typically eat. High greens, especially algae. Sometimes fats, esp DHA.DHA is also in algae. Sometimes too much fat is a bad thing though so it really depends on diet, among other factors. Could be a specific nutrient you need.

I very rarely consume it and then only if it was added to something I purchased. While it does have some health benefits, it still has many of the same negative affects as sugar. I didn't experience anything negative with agave and in fact, have gotten rid of candida while using it. Though I try not to use it as much as I use to. For those that have no type of illness, a true raw honey may be fin

I always ask detailed questions of the companies selling them-shelling process, temperatures used, etc. Not just almonds, but all raw products. Even the products in health stores are not truly raw most of the time. I'll find out the manufacturers/suppliers and email them. You can't blindly trust your health store/co-op as they're not any different than any other source. Unfortunately it's just ea

You don't need a dehydrator ever. The internet is full of recipes without it. I have some listed and can give you more if you email with requests. Here's other various recipe links:

Actually many are lying about pasteurization, just like many other products say they're raw when they're not. Only a select few are able to get around the almond laws. Most don't want to bother with it because it's a hassle or costly or they don't know how.

I now have sources for both truly raw, organic almonds and hand-shelled cashews. I just recently worked out a deal with a U.S. farm for the almonds to keep prices more reasonable and with free shipping directly from farm to you. They're shelled, whole, unpasteurized. Some are thinking of putting together group orders. For really large groups, 50 lb is even cheaper than the prices listed now. Anyh

Mostly very simple recipes that use few ingredients and take under 5 minutes to make, such as smoothies, soups, salad. Can make a batch of soup so I can grab and eat later. Then I either have simple things like fruit or something with maybe 2-3 ingredients or may have something a bit more gourmet. Regardless I never use complicated recipes.

Body Biotics is raw, vegan & organic. Garden of Life Primal Defense, I think is or else the one from their new raw line. Couple other brands. Probiotics and digestive enzymes have always been an important part of my health even though I've been raw for years. I may stop them briefly, but always end up using them again.

Barley Grass does contain B12. According to research, there is 80 micrograms of vitamin B12 per 100 grams of dried barley plant juice. Make sure it's good quality organically grown. Whether it's a significant enough source is debated by many, just like with algae.
