Yes, my nose begins to feel like it might run, when I've had enough.
Another bite or two and I actually have to blow my nose once.
If I ignore that I will usually then notice after a few more bites that I begin to feel full, if I ignore this later I maybe sorry.
Mono meals, or simple properly combined meals are the way I eat. I feel that by following this discipline I show my body that I res

Some identifiable changes from water only fasting and following raw-diet and food combining:
Skin: tiny bumps on outside upper arms just below shoulder disappear. Also
Skin between shoulder blades on back heals and itchiness there disappears. Back and shoulder muscles become more relaxed.
Sense of smell improves. Sense of taste improves.
A feeling of being in touch with my body's needs

INMO The problem is outwardly politics and inwardly our egotism. Knowledge about and use of birth control by our species wouldn't hurt either. One thing that is not the problem is world food production, although more organic and less GMO would be wonderful in a perfect world.

the rational for juicing is to remove pulp
for 2 reasons
1) to consume more
who can eat five ten carrots, 3 celery stalks, and half a beet-(in a few minutes) without juicing?
And consuming more, means more nutrients absorbed.
2) to absorb the nutrients more rapidly and efficiently
in 30 minutes the juice is out of the tummy
this is possible because all the cellulose (think sawdust) has

as cedricw pointed out their use is highly questionable
they seem to be toxic to some pets
if you are after 'soulble fiber' why not get another source?
perhaps apple pectin from the health food store available in caps
also Psyllium powder...it is simple to use...put the powder in a jar with cold water or juice shake vigorously & drink immediately. Follow with some more plain liquid.

so I suspect the culprit is the Kale.
could be it's cabbage family, and not something you would eat much of plain
Far as I know it's a great ingredient to use, so I'm hesitant to drop it, does anyone have the same experience and suggest a remedy?
why not experiment and substitute some lettuce
kale is not the only good food in the world

Apparently nuts should be bought unshelled--
or they are not really raw
and I don't just mean almonds
they are shelled using a number of harmful proceedures
heat, freezing, soaking, drying
and once shelled the nut and it's oils
are of course exposed to oxidation

Raw peanuts are somewhat indigestible ( and contain noxious chemicals) ,
once cooked ( to change the chemicals) the oils are hydrogenated, which is bad.
Separating foods may refer to food combining,
this is simple, once you get the hang of it,
but tricky to explain briefly.
And easier seen with a chart.
A little web searching will clarify
both subjects.

Red meat ain't so great...
very acidic, ( which contributes to osteoperosis) full of hormones, and antibiotics, and growth stimulants, etc.
if you are desperate to experiment try raw wild caught fish, or raw egg yolk.
But if you've only been raw a short while, it may be difficult to tell
the subtle effects.

Vinegar is not really recommended.
Of course some use it...
Seems to me those who: "say if you can't make a meal of it,
it's not a food", are close to the truth.
For oil, unshelled nuts and avacodoes are also probably
better than a prepared bottled product like olive oil.
