I live in south florida and it sucks, exept for one farmers market in hollywood. You do have WFM but it's hit and miss imo. Hopefully you will be near one. I am not near the Tampa area though and I feel sorry for you that you have to move there lol. The seene for raw organic is horrible but probably not as bad as some places in this country. There was one year that we had the most awsome Flo

Just make sure it's organic, I prefer Frontier herbs out ot the bulk bins but not alot of health food stores have this. And eat it raw! It is as simple as putting it in a little warm water and drink 30min. before a meal.

Life is my substitute for coffee, what a rush it is! I don't think any juice can substitute for coffee but there is a coffee substitute that you can buy that is very good and not bad for you health I will look for the name, someone else might know in the mean time. There are different flavors and it is very alkalizing, high quality stuff.

Thanks again all, it will be a hard decision. I hate change damit! lol. I think the Omega will be the new juicer but I will look for more feedback because I don't have to buy today. It's so hard to find someone who has experience with many juicers using a wide variety of mediums. I will say one thing the, Samson people have treated me well and parts are not to expensive. The 6 in 1 is good w

Sounds like you enjoy the centufugal type juicer and you might not be happy with a Auger sytle unit as the 8005 or the Samson Advanced. They are designed to be able to juice wheatgrass and sprouts also. It's hard to find good info on juicers and none are perfect you just have to pick the best you can for your needs. The best all around is the Greenstar Twin Gear but I think is more than you ne

juicemom I have had a Samson 6 in 1 for about eight years and it is not near as efficient as a twin gear but is really easy to clean up and does wheatgrass really well wich the twin gears are not as good at. They tend to use more grass and produce more foam. The Omega is a dual stage single auger and should be more effiecient than my Samson therefore would be a good choice imo. I started a t

I would love to know if anyone has had a screen break with the Omega with the use of wheatgrass, it appears that the screen is not made of Ultem but maybe the design is better than the Samson. The Samson is all made of Ultem and also has the attatchments to make oil and other stuff wow.

If you are serious about a raw diet or passionate enough you really need to move closer to California. Even in Colorado I was getting very good vegies. I am blessed here in florida with a great market every sunday. Florida generally has @#$%& for vegies eccept for WFM but they suck to most of the time. Indoor growing is the future I think. I am to sick to do anything about it but I urge ever

Ok, I want to get a new juicer! I am considering a Omega single auger or the Samson Advanced single auger. I juice alot of wheatgrass and three or four juices a day. I have tried the Greenstar twin gear but it took alot of wheatgrass to get a few ounces from it, not good. And cleanup was a bit more involed. I would love to have one when I have enough space to have a wheatgrass juicer also.

Ok I guess I am very irritable today lol. but I could not stand more than five minutes of that video. If you are going to make a video state a point out front and use some common sense. We are not primative people anymore and even if we were we would just hang out at the almond tree for a while and eat until we were full and maybe get more for later. As for bulk bins yes I hate them and WFM su

Marsh I will say it again in case you did not get this before, nuts work for me and many other people I have observed. Especially when in transition. I don't know if it is mental, physical, both, or depending on who you are, but it seems to balance my blood sugar, soaked of coarse. This way you get the protien, minerals, carbs and all, have some veggies with them if you like.

Wow that's to bad, can you elaborate as to what kind of staining and what you may be eating to cause this. I know some of the raw foodist's I know have a blueish hue to their teeth? I think it is because of all the calcium they are getting.

I had this problem Gems and this is how I fixed it. 1. Stimulate the digestine. 2. Take a powerful probiotic like Primal Defense. 3. Take a powerful immune stimulator three times a day. 4. Take a good parasite cleanser at some point. 5. Have a good diet and do wheatgrass implants and an full bowel cleanse once a week. You should get better fast if you do this properly. 6. You could also ta

Mislu, I think calcium is only a small part of this type of problem unless they are cracking or breaking easily. Over all health and hygene is the bigger issue. I have not studied the subject but in my opinion and from what I remember most people have defficiences but not so extreme as to allert the the AMA zombies. Also there is a difference between what is read in a blood sample and what is

Don't blame yourself we are all trying are best to evolve and learn how to live, dam we humans are stupid lol. Q-10 is super good for the gums it is one of the few great nutrients that actually work for most everyone and you can really see the results. Unfortunately with teeth when the damage is done its done as far as I know. If you are eating a raw or semiraw diet you should be getting some

Thanks all, there is some really good info here. I buy the powdered because I am very weak, so it makes it easier on me. I am really glad that suncloud pointed out that these are sprouted chia seed, and not greens.

Does anyone know where I could get Sprouted Chia Seed Powder cheaper than I am now. Sunfood is charging 8.62 to ship it to me and I am not making much money right now. I would like to get the shipping cost down a little. This is a specialty product though so maybe I should'nt expect to get it cheaper, thanks Chris.
