IMO We need to remember that we are all different, this has been my experience spending many months at Hippocrates Health Institute and listing to many people over the years express their feelings and challenges there and in my life. But listen to people like Brian Clement and other credible resurchers. I don't know about that Wolf guy he seems to be selling the lifestyle and not teaching peopl

I dont know but I sure could use some of that stuff myself. I believe Brian Clement said you can do this but it wont work if it is male pattern baldness. I believe anything is possible though and have read that sometimes it is due to an infection in the hair follicles. I believe that if you had an exellent diet including fresh water algae's wheatgrass and some kind of therapy for the scalp you

We really need to get together and grow, Be an example to our friends and all that are around us. I will have to go with the detox theory, its probably your lymph nodes. Also I would seriously consider allergies. Just pay attention, don't run to the doctor until you are sure. I don't believe in running to the doc. You know your body just sit down and really feel what is going on in your body and if it is surely came on sense being raw.

I tried to edit my last post but ran out of time, so here is my last thought. The thing I don't believe is that the liver stores B-12 for you to use when you are low. I wasn't a vegan or a vegetarian but when I had my injury I had nerve damage within two weeks with no liver problems. And I don't believe the daily amounts posted as 3mcg or something. I.M.O. the body needs this amount in th

Great info guys, I have had much nerve damage from an injury to my digestive tract, so I know a bit about the subject, not technically but from true experience. I like to refer to Brian Clements writting for a bit of insight. The main thing he points out is that he and his wife have tested very well for B-12 and they have been vegans for years. This is the reason that they tested well in my o

Thanks everyone I will try one of these suppliers that you have mentioned. I have been scouting the same ones but yes they are very expensive and that is a big problem. GilmoreGirl Brazil nuts do have to be soaked like any other nuts or seeds. They don't need to sprout, you are just trying to remove the enzyme inhibitors so you can digest them properly. You should do a juice fast instead! or get some Sun Chlorella and take that throughout the day to keep your blood sugar in check, this will make life alot easier. You might be having low blood sugar or maybe a bit anemic.

I am experiencing a severe digestive disorder and really need to obtain some of the freshest beans that I can get. Most of my diet consists of green beans, sugar snap, snow pea, and very few others that I won't go into. I really need these though, and need a good source, believe me I have tried. I live in FL and have a great green market to go to but they don't have this all the time. So if a

I did a trip in 87 from FL. to CO. in the U.S. of course. We did it on mountain bikes and it was a trip to remember, but I was not a raw foodist at the time. I will say that dried foods are going to be your best choice and of coarse raw nuts. I would have to guess though, that fruits are going to be a little to sweet for the hot climate, maybe that depends more on your body if you can handle i

564. Re: Salt
I would have to agree that intake can be very low and is nothing to worry about if you are implementing a proper raw-food diet. I have listened to Brian Clement @ Hippocrates Health Institute lecture for many many hours and he has never even spoke of a salt problem, especially if you are eating sea veggie's wich is a nessesity on this diet. I even soak my sea veggies to get rid of the salt an

Get a bicycle and do more cardio. Make sure you are getting all the right nutrients sea vegies are of most importance when you are a raw foodist, the iodine might help. Not to many nuts and make sure to sprout them, not to much fruits either, berries are best, stay away from bananas maybe.
