Yeah Powerlifter I agree this guy and his girfriend have some issue's, my guess is "Leaky Gut" or like you said kidney. This would allow sodium to enter the system directly and cause swelling. It's intresting that both him and his girfriend have this problem. Leaky Gut is one health challenge that has gotten much worse over the years, and is completely overlooked by doctors and often

Sorry for being so argumentive, but the pre-digestine term has irritated me for a while, which is'nt hard to do these days. Especially with fruit in a blender, there is still much to digest after blending. Not to mention everything we already mentioned, air bubbles, extra liquid and perhaps coldness. Including the neglect of chewing if one does'nt chew their smoothie. IMO a truely pre-digeste

No fruit is not a great thing to overdue. Put your self in a position that will allow to eat all organic if at all possible. You have to make a lifestyle change if you want to live a full, happy, healthy life. Organic rice and other grains are not that expensive, just cook them. You don't have to be a raw foodist just to stay healthy or survie the best you can. Sunflower seeds, flax and some

I have never heard of a blender that digest's fruit lol. It would be better to say it is partially digested. Just because you blend something does'nt mean it is digested. Yeast infections don't come and go they are opportunistic and if the sugar is not digested for what ever reason it will use that for food. Seeing you can't back any of this up I will just disregard your last post lol. just k

I wish more people could experience a raw food retreat like HHI. You need to boost your immune system and do weekly bowel cleanses. In your condition you should also do daily wheatgrass juice implants. this will help rid you of yeast and other pathogens and strengthen your liver among other things. From your discription you surely have a yeast infection and probably bacteria and parasites. I

1. You'd be very nieve too rule out a yeast infection. I can't emphasize this more, this is the most important aspect of health. 2. To much fruit, too much fluid mixed with, too cold perhaps and like you said too much air. You have to have very good digestine to drink your food! period. You could experiment to get the air bubbles down and that would help. Then get the digestine up

Ok, I just looked at the charts and I don't like them at all but thanks for the links Raynne. I soak Macadamia and pistachio's all the time and that is the only way you can get the enzyme inhibitors out! If you don't like them soaked then dehydrate them after soaking. I guess what they mean is you can't sprout them but you don't need too. Only grains and beans need to be sprouted. You can sp

I disagree, I have never looked at a chart but if I soak Quinoa overnight it appears to be fully sprouted? Ten just rinse well! You can tell when they are sprouted, and you can see all the hair like stuff in the water that and looking at the grain closely you can see that it is sprouted. Sprouting wheat is super easy and doesnt take much time once you get it down. Soaking nuts is even easier

Most likely a Yeast infection, stop using fruit, including lemons, beets, carrots etc. Boost your digestion with herbs before eating three times a day. Also try using noni juice 2oz. three times a day to boost the immune system. Or you could use RM-10 to boost the immune system instead of the Noni. If you don't like bitter juices then use just lettuce, celery and cucumber all of wich are not b

Hope I don't hurt any feelings but smoothies are a terrible way to consume fruit. They are awsome but most people can't digest this form of fruit. The reason you are bloating is most likely because of a yeast infection. Also, with this condition don't eat anything cold especially fruit.

Make sure you get some fat in that soup, fat is good it is awsome energy. And yes the sprouted grains are awesome, with fat also. The simple way to eat raw is to utlilize soaked nuts with your favorite vegies, or grains with your favorite vegies and some flax or other oils.

That's to bad brother, I get the beans at my local farmers market. You can get them online all over the place. You could try and generate some intrest at your local health food store, maybe they will order some. The beans soak very well and I ate them today without to much distress to my blood stream. I am guessing most people don't soak them for lack of knowledge. Thanks for the reply.
