I guess powerlifter was confronting me without really confronting me, but I was assuming your were doing probiotics, preferably Primal Defense. Probiotics should be number one on the list. Sounds like you are doing pretty well so keep it up. I would not do coffee enimas, I would drink wheatgrass-dont worry about the sugar and don't worry about holding the implant although it helps. Eventually

I'll try to help and give my opinion, I know its hard to get what you want without a test ride. If you want the "best" get the angel if you have that kind of jack. The greenstar would be almost as good but also a bit hard to clean. I have had a Samson six in one single auger and hated it for years but it does wheatgrass really well and most vegies. It does not do cucumbers well but

marsh, the simple answer is you have a weak immune system! Staying away from refined carbs, sugar, and to much fat will help and might be nessesary for some. I would choose SOAKED! nuts and seeds over oil. Soaked nuts are acid stimulating but to much coconut oil is not great either as a therapy, it is known to raise trygliceride levels. The best way to go would be to stimulate the digestine f

Of coarse it will help your immune system, and it is perfectly ok to have reactions whatever they may be, and allergies could be the effect. I have seen many different reations and people get discouraged, so don't. But make sure to not eat any junk while in transition so you can guage how you are reacting to all of it. Hope you are eating organic

This is all good info. for a very serious problem! Just remember there has been nerve damage in most cases and you have to be very diligent to get better. Make sure to read up on alkalizing your body, it will help alot to heal and strenghten your pancreas and other digestive organs. Also use digestive enzymes, and I seriously suggest wheatgrass implants, I have seen this work wonders with peop

I advocate eating raw organic vegies and a good source of protien/fat with it. Just throw in your favorite vegies and soaked nuts or what ever, it's all good and so easy. I do know of a good one and Brian Clement likes this company because he knows the guy who owns the company and how carefully they process it. It's called Pure Synergy, I don't know if they are still in bussiness but you can c

Tamukha, I understand how you feel, I love just about everything and can't understand why people don't like different foods especially organic vegies. But, there is one thing I have found recently that I despise unless it is cooked, and that is zuchinni and summer squash. I guess we are all different.

Powerlifter, As I stated yes I have tried injections and am in the process of getting health insurance but money is tight. I had insurance for years and saw many doctors but they are morons. Some were knowlegable but but could not even diagnose me. Thier hands are tied by the AMA. Even though I have a massive ulcer in my small intestine and most of my digestive tract is damaged/inflamed due t

I think we are missing something here? With my limited comprehension, it seems to me that a person needs a good living-foods source of cobalt! this is what helps senthysize B12 in the gut. I believe this is why Brian Clement promotes the use of algae's and wheatgrass, and has said so in some of his lectures and writings. Please tell me have'nt some of you read the same thing. Thanks for the reply Prana, and I am aware of my spiritual/emotional/psychological issues but right now, on the top of the list is a severe B12 deficiency and massive nerve damage. The problem as I stated is getting a B12 suppliment that won't make me sick! and the proper dosage. I want to see a Psychotherapist that I know, that helped me greatly in the past but am not very affluient right now.

Thanks for the replys, I am 46 and was healthy at one time and have very good genes. The problem was my immune system was weak for quite a long time and was drinking and smoking marajuana a little. So my health got worse and I came to FL. to stay with my mom. I had leaky gut but did not know it and was seeing the best Holistic MD. I could find. He was quite good but did not really understand

Some good info here, I will add that you might loose some weight but keep with it and strenghten your body and it will return to a natural weight. It might take a long time but it will happen, just be committed. It takes the body seven years to completely regenerate, but alot of it will regenerate much sooner if you exercise and eat well.

I am hoping some of the more informed people can help me with some B-12 doses. I am very sick and have alot of nerve damage, so it is hard to think and read through all the technical info. and surf the internet. I was taking the best source of B-12 I could get from Hippocrates Health Institute (Living B12). They reduced the dosage from 2000mcg to 400mcg without me knowing and I started to have

I won't bother reading anything that this guy says again, no offense to you of coarse. There was no substance too that article for a reason. Not only does it help too digest but enzyme inibitors are toxic but normally are not passed to the bloodstream. Still they are in the digestive tract and are not good for sick people. They do taste good unsoaked though, but nuts are expensive and I would

Yes, poor digestine, but you are probably not combining your foods properly either. Learn food combining, and especially don't eat sweets right after a meal. Who the hell came up with eating sweets AFTER a meal anyhow? Dam we have screwed up traditions. Look up some digestive herbs to put in your meals, fresh raw organic ginger for example.

Soak them the standard times, then you can either store them in a jar with water in the fridge, or store dry in a container in the fridge. if you live in a cold enviroment you can soak another 2hrs or more over the recomended times. It really depends on the nut or seed. If they are very fresh they can go longer while soaking if needed, like if you forget them. Yes you can just eat right out o
