This is just my opinion and others may feel differently but..... It just comes back to not listening to what everyone else thinks all the time, 8 spoonfulls of macca might make some people feel great. It's about finding what is best for you and not just being sheep and following everyone else to the letter. So what if Shazzie has a case of the "look at me's"? It doesn't offend me.

Yeah, I remember going on there once and some poor guy got ripped a new one by "Peppermint Patty" for asking a general question about Fruitarianism. Since that I haven't been on, the way they treat other people is nothing less than shamefull. F1 i think you saw that too and offered the poor guy some encouragment as did I. It helps some people and thats great, but it aint for me,

I have only just started doing this regularly. I have been drinking a little in water before I go to bed and dabbing small amounts on my acne and blemishes and it is clearing up like I have never seen before! All the money I spent on over the counter garbage, proactive etc and the answer was inside me the whole time! Wierd. My skin hasn't looked this good since I did the master cleanser, th

Tamari is usually brewed tranditionally, fermented in a cask. I use it occasionally, it certainly doesn't hurt to use it even if its not raw in my opinion, you generally use so little anyway. It's up to you though. Do what is best for you. Remember folks it doesn't have to be all or nothing, but you want it to be thats fine too! lol.

I do this in small amounts, and to be honest it's not something I talk about because people are usually like "Yuck, thats digusting!" etc. But, I have to say it does improve the appearence of my skin. I just drink a very small amount with water, that way you don't really taste it. Try it out it certainly wont kill you especially small amounts. I drink lots of water and eat lots of fr

I think whenever you talk about your diet a lot of people seem to immediately put themselves in your position, because food is something that we can all identify with easily. So you are talking about your diet anymore, you are suddenly talking about THEIR diet. I remember mentioning Raw before and people would say "Yuck!" likely because they imagine a plate full of Steak and Eggs raw

I know exactly what you mean, it's a real spiral, you eat one thing cooked and it is so addictive in comparison to your raw diet that you start justifying why you should eat all these other cooked things, since you already had one thing cooked. Sounds like your body started detoxing it agressively though. Hope you feel better now. On the bad food tolerance issue, I believe the body stops de

Imagine how much all those would have cost from the grocery store Gonna go look for blackberry bushes now, I am hungry.

Hi Lois, sounds like the program is already uninstalled and these are still laying around. Provided they are all in the program files you can certainly go in there and delete the folder and it won't cause any issues. When programs are installed they throw system files in various folders in windows, so you can always search for them too using Start\Search. Only delete them from the Windows

Thanks Lois, I will have to check that out. Yeah, best to keep magnets away. Unless you have some spare parts laying around it's probably not worth fixing then.

Sounds like you are doing it right to me. Working there slowly. I have done the Master Cleanser for 10 days. I have tried juice fasting but it didn't work for me, expensive and it just made me want to eat all the time! Other people do well with juice though. I prefer water fasts although I have only got up to 5 days on water. I have also done 3-5 day apple fasts, those are great, the pectin in

She is great, so positive and full of life. She has an amazing glow in her skin. I met her at Bristol Vegan Fayre this year, she gave us all some raw cacoa beans that attended one of her talks on raw chocolate, very tasty.

Hi Lois You shouldn't put magnets near your computer, they have potential to destroy or seriously damage any form of magnetic media. Hematite generally isn't that strong, but it is advisable to keep it away particularly if you are noticing it causing a reaction as you mentioned above. Advanced windows care is antispyware, cleans up you disk, fixes the registry of any faults, clears any b

Go to google and look for Advanced Windows Care, I think you can get it from www.iobit.com too. That should help to remove and actively prevent malware and spyware. It sounds like a nasty piece of malware to me. If you just restore previous settings the problem will likely reoccur, as it is likely the malware will just reinstall itself over time. Does this only happen when you are using you

What exactly do you mean by "zapped out"? Is it just deleting what you typed in that respective window? Is the whole system locking up? Or are you going to a blue error screen? If you are getting any error messages please write down what they are. Depending on how it is acting it could be spyware or some sort of malware but it could be something like a Hard Drive fault.

Given what you are trying to acheive here, I agree with Anaken here the best thing to do is replace as much of your diet as you are comfortable, with fresh, raw fruits and vegetables, it is going to be trial and error of course and you will just need to experiment and see how you feel. Most of us here don't eat the way you do so it might be difficult for us to comment on what you are doing.

When the body is more acidic it holds more water to balance it out. So people who really huge are sometimes holding a lot of water which makes them look bigger. I would say that a lean muscled vegan can be just as strong as these people who look really big. A lot of professional atheletes are turning vegetarian or vegan these days because they find that they perform better. That speaks for itsel
