before I went raw, I craved all kinds of bad stuff. After I stopped lacking something, who knows what because even at my worst chronic fatigue days the doctor said on paper I lacked nothing, I stopped craving. So we can't expect people to stop stuffing themselves trying satisfy a nutrition deficit. When they are ready, they will go looking for answers, and there u will be! I think the best advert

I have been raw for 6 weeks, 4 weeks 90-95%, 2 weeks 98-99%. Something unexpected has happened. The foods I cheat on are less desirable. Pizza is super salty, and chocolate chokes me its so sugary. I may be able to give these up which surprises me. Did anyone else have this experience?

Not yet, but I'm working on it. I did my first 2 dry fasts, and I see a difference in my eyes. The whites are whiter, and my pores are smaller.
