Their not all scammers and the idea of looking at blood in real time is not at all anything like a fad diet. In fact it is one of the only ways to really see what your blood is doing, rather than relying on some scientific idea of how blood can be "Tested" There has been a lot of testing this technique and the changes that can be seen when one changes diet or starts a new vitamin or s

Yes, hope you were not offended, but if you knew B.C. and what they do at HHI you would be saying the same thing. I have told people to use wheat-grass implants for this with good results which is probably one of the first things anyone should do if very ill. Follow this up by drinking two ounces twice a day also! o-so good for you!

The only mistake about jtprindl's advice would be ignoring B.C.'s advice, lol if you are very ill you best stay off fruit. Do you like to gamble? well then just go ahead and eat your fruit lol. I have found that most people with cfs have pretty significant yeast issues, and that yeast is a hardy bunch ya know. Imo you need to get a live blood analysis to see if you have it in your blood or els

Good for you powerlifer, he is clearly misguiding people imo and therefore potentially and almost certainly harming them. Even though Brian Clement puts up with these people he is quite keen to their lack of scientific knowledge reckless practices. Opps I gotta go hope this post was not to stupid lol

Raw_Health_Nut, I like to soak the Goji berries and this is probably how it should be done considering they are dehydrated. I like blending fruits and not so much veggies. IMO veggies don't taste the best blended and I would rather eat them. I am sure that there are many combinations that are good but I am not much of a blender as far as that goes. I would never mix fruit with veggies in blend

SueZ, remember as I have stated many times-Just because you don't show symtoms does not mean that you don't have yeast, and it is ready to pounce as soon as you get off tract just a little. IMO there is no test for yeast if you are not experiencing really big symptoms. Like I always say infections vary and some people live with low grade infections their whole life and don't even know it. My f

DaisyHair, post all you want every one here will be happy to help out. Most people do feel the need to eat a lot of nuts and seeds when first on the diet. Even Brian Clement said that he was eating so many nuts in the beginning that he was giving himself hemorrhoids lol. I ate maybe more than any one I know of for a long time. I feel they give me great energy but there is a lot of fat in them

PL, why don't you just take a break and come back when you are not wanting to sabotage the goals of this site. I would like to see you come back but you have to be considerate of the goals of this site. Just because you are not ready for the transformation doesn't mean others are not. There are people far smarter than you who are successful on a vegan diet and I am not talking about the 80/10/

That was a good read also thanks TSM, and apologies to HH for my lengthy post about body types, no harm meant. Brian has stated that, you would think it would be easier to get cooked vegan while traveling but it has actually been easier to eat raw. He also has the ability to get whatever dehydrated products he wants. I am sure that a guy like Brian can get away with not eating so much food

Sorry your feelings were hurt. The straight answer was in a question: "I am not sure what a persons body type has to do with anything" it's that simple. Adding his age and as much as he does, as active as he is...is a better indicator of health isn't it? Not to mention his blood-work that he is so passionate about. Brian is excellent at reading blood-work and will do so for free for

HH, I am not sure what a persons body type has to do with anything, that's kinda prejudice isn't it. Brian is about 70 and living a very good life, writing books teaching something he is very passionate about every day. He runs THE most successful natural healing center in the WORLD! and has built literally a small town based on it. The HHI center encompasses a large area with multiple houses

Well, boy oh boy, that second person was great. I’m going to bring them out on a lecture tour with me because they almost verbatim gave the answer. I don’t have to repeat that, but what I can say is that I’ve never worked with a person who’s willing to do what it takes that doesn’t reverse even the most advanced forms of Candida. The most advanced forms of Candida, people are sitting in

I will never understand why when a person has a negative experience with a particular type of food, then they think it is best for all humans to avoid? How narrow minded, grains are awesome and I feel sorry for all those who can't eat them, but please stop trying to make all other humans avoid them it is just a waste of your energy.

No Greenstar lovers here? That seems to be the best value for extracting the most juice? I know it is not as good as the SA but simular for way less green backs. I don't like it because it takes quite a bit of wheatgrrass to get some juice out. Ultimately for the money it might be good to go with the GS and get a seperate wheatgrass juicer. The omega single auger would be the next best from w
