coconutcream, I would think you know by now who Brian Clement is? He is not necessarily a Raw Vegan but a Raw Vegan for sure. I don't know his current state of diet but it's probably mostly raw, including juices wheatgrass and a few key supplements. Yes they study bloodwork at Hippocrates and the effects of the diet on candida. He has been doing this for about four decades. No one should

Another Brian Clement Comment on Candida taken from Therealtruthabouthealth.com Okay. Number one, there are many larger and more notable diseases that take less time to reverse than most Candida. Now, Candida is systemic, meaning it’s throughout the body. And so, it’s not like you go into one area if I have a disease in an organ that it’s pretty much isolated to the organ. In this case,

A little carrot is better than the use of fruit. Carrot has sodium in it which is good if a person is going to a raw diet and is not aware of which veggies have sodium.

Try this link it is a new product that supposedly they are endorsing at HHI. I understand that you would have to import but just to put it out there!

I was having issues with my B-12 being low and was like, what's up? Then I looked at the bottle one day and could not believe that it went from 2000 to 400. I got another product at 1000mcg and did another test and it was back up. I have severe issues though so this would not be true for every one. I would be very interesting though if someone would do a test before and after using 8mcg.

temp QUOTE: "Then again you will never convince me that a strict vegan diet is healthy, until you can do so without recommending numerous supplements to cover the nutritional deficiencies and cracks the diet proposes." temp, IMO which is backed up by HHI, is that, it is not the cracks in the diet but the cracks in the person and diet: Physically-via cracks in the genes and toxin

IMO you should just get a Greenstar and buy it here, you won't have any scraping issues with that one and it is proven! My Samson 9001 is not efficient but if you own a press it would be very good. You could get a more modern Samson but you might always have the plastic issue. I don't notice any plastic coming off mine but there has to be some over time. IMO juicing fruit is a waste of ti

I will have to take a look at the prices next time I go to WFM but I know the few things that I buy are a bit cheaper especially if you figure in any loss that might occur. I have had tons of stuff from WFM that has gone bad because it is already so old when bought. Sometimes it is soft after one day as opposed to the real fresh stuff acquired at the local org. farmers market.

The bigger concern is organic! I would go frozen organic before I would go "fresh" comercial! I do understand the good question though but it is a good point that the frozen is cheaper so It is a good alternative to fresh commercial.

All of the above would seem to help and I will add just remember to strengthen the immune system to prevent or minimize the severity and frequency. Number one on the list imo should always be drinking wheatgrass juice and having a good diet and lifestyle with exercise and sun. Also would be to use organic immune stimulating foodstuff in your daily diet, things you enjoy eating.

Here ya go! Ya need to make sure you are getting enough fat! So much sugar IS NOT good for unhealthy humans, forget about all the fruit you are eating you don't need it. If you have issues related to sugar you don't want all that fruit. No one here can tell you if you have sugar issues, get some real help. I find usually the people that refuse to stop eating so much fruit are the ve

Brian is speaking via experience and yeast is very difficult to be rid of. You can stop having symptoms but still carry it to some extent probably because of a weak immune system. Brian see's 70-100 people a month would be my best guess and in my experience being there a lot of them have yeast in their blood. They house about this many people and for the most part rotate every three weeks, so
