Well since this is supposedly an all female thread I feel safe asking this question. I know many of you have had trouble with Candida since going all raw but I don't have a problem with that I get the opposite: Bacterial Infections (BacterialVaginosis)....I guess I'm good with the yeast, my body just has problems controlling the bad bacteria. (And trust me, I keep clean & dry so it's nothing

HaHa! Good question....I personally like the taste of greens...and the rejuvelac has a lemony flavor to it. If you're questioning the taste I would maybe omit the seaweed.

I just tried this recipe and it is so good and a super simple snack. Just take a Romaine Lettuce leaf...smear on some Raw Tahini and a drizzle of raw honey...roll up and devour! YUM!

I buy reduced produce all the time (greens usually) they're practically giving it away it's so cheap. I just make sure to use it within the next 3 days. I've never had a problem with it. A penny saved...

Ok, I tried this 10% fat thing, and I can't do it! I was craving popcorn today and I almost had some Instead...I "splurged" on some almond milk and half an avo and my craving for bad food went away! I don't think that low of fat intake is good for me...no way.

Hmm...I don't really associate the word libido with compulsive, neccesarily. Perhaps I could rephrase...Eating a raw diet could increase your desire for "union" in a deeper way. At least, that's my experience so far. Could have something to do with emotional blocks being melted away and healed. I've had a lot of issues come up since I started going raw. It's been clearing away alot of p

So far, I've experienced a deeper connection with my partner. Like we're both more receptive to each other's energy fields...and of course increased energy. I'm wondering though if raw foods increases the libido.

insects? Studies have shown that Spirulina has 3x more protein than beef and that it is 4x more absorable than beef protein. Microalgae contain the essence of protein. Relatively umatched, algae is abundant in essential amino acids. (the building blocks of protein)

I find that stream of consciousness writing helps. That would be considered a form of meditation and you are discovering your inner feelings as you go. If you’re sad, find out why your sad...uncover the hidden pain and feel it. That's the only way to really release pain for good. If you're eating food for comfort you are trying to fill yourself up from emptiness inside. Where does this emptines

In my opinion, Wheat grass helped me with the transition and helped me detox safely....I didn't mind the taste at all. I also had E3 Live and vitality soup made in the blender every morning that included: kale, collards, rainbow chard, rejuvelac, sprouts, kelp, dulse, and half an avo. This soup still makes me buzz with energy, it's great! I could see some people vomiting after taking grasses

I liked his view on nuts. How we should think of them as a fat food instead of a protien food...a lot of Raw dehydrated snacks and desserts are at least 75% fat! That's insane! I'm glad to be aware of that...I'm def. going to cut olive oil out completely and just use flax oil. Also, maybe eating only half an avo a day. And YES, I can eat fruit again!! Our brains are made up of fats but if fat

Personally, I enjoy I nice glass of organic wine now and then. I like the taste and it's mild effects. Vodka i stay away from b/c I find once I start drinking it I can't stop and end up getting really drunk. Beer i used to like but now it's really to filling and commercially carbonated....yuck!

I listened to this and enjoyed it, thanks!...I just have one question. Should I really worry about an avacado, some nuts and a swig of flaxseed oil in one day being to much fat intake? Do you think 10% is really realistic? I don't know if I could give up my avo.
