It's very good that you're listening to your body. Proper food combining has solved alot of my digestion issues. Also, make sure you're eliminating after every meal...in the morning b4 your meal. I've found that I like not eating upon rising until after I've eliminated last night's dinner...then I eat a breakfast of fruit...I do fruit all day until dinner....then I properly combine dinner.. Yum, Yum, Yum....great summer taste! 4 ears fresh corn 2 cups thick almond milk 1 clove garlic, minced 2 green onions, chopped to the top 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin pinch of sea salt. Thanks for your help! I am still eating condiments like salt, pepper, garlic, onions, vinegar and raw soy sauce....I wasn't aware that these things were toxic! I personally crave garlic! Ok, I'm really confused about all this. Is it really necessary to keep acid, sub-acid, and sweet fruits separate? Should I be keeping veggies and fruits separate? (like dates out of a veggie dressing) And is agave nectar a neutral food or does that count as a sweet fruit? Also, how should algae and seaweed combine? (like spirlina, E3 and dulse) Is it ok to mix them with fruit? And...R

I have to go to 3 different places to get all my organic produce! Personally, I wouldn't eat it if I couldn't find it organic....I'd ask your local health food store if they could start carrying it or maybe they can tell you who does.

I've used Dr.Natura's Colonix and it was awazing! I did 2 months last year and I just ordered another batch to start again.
