...yes, your oils and body butters could be causing your breakouts. It's possible the natural fragrance in the massage oils and butters are causing an acme-like allergic reaction, or that the oils and butters you are choosing to use on your skin are too heavy for your skin type. the one oil i have had success in using to moisturize my skin which is very compatable with all skin types ( and can

the only homemade dehydrator i know of is one where you place your raw food on clean mesh screens and then place them outside on your roof or in another sunny spot till they sun dry. You can cover the mesh screen with another one on top to protect from insects and birds. i breathe in ibreathe out peace joy courage Bikini

Time saving tip... If you have the $$ and don't mind spending, or you are willing to pay the extra expense for the trade off in time and energy, I would suggest buying bags of organic baby carrots and use them for juicing. Whem I feel too tired to cope with chopping and washing, I buy a few bags of sweet ready to eat baby carrots from my local health food store and juice away. Baby carrots

I have a real Vitamin D deficiency as well. I also have a holistic M.D. doctor. She put me on prescription Vitamin D for 1 month and now I take 2,ooo IU of Vitamin D a day that I bought in Whole Foods. I debated for a r-e-a-l-l-y long time whether I should succumb to "modern medicine" and take the prescription she recommended. I initially tried getting more sun and eating differently

raw hummus lasts at most 3 days in a very cold fridge before starting to go sour. It can't be frozen without compromising the texture, enzyme structure and taste, but what you could do to save your batch is to dehydrate it. Some ideas... Raw hummus can be made into patties as is for a "hummus burger", or you can turn the hummus into "falafel patties" if you add some par
