Hands down The Green Star I also have the Champion and the Omega But I truly love my Green Star, she also juices Wheat Grass. Green Star doesn't heat the juice up either like the others do . My second choice would be the Champion.....

I love my Vita Mix and would NOT be without one! You can send it in to be repaired.
Or purchase a used one on Ebay, I've purchased several used ones for family and friends with no problems.

I grow my own and have no problem with it but in the past when I've purchased it and it sits in the refrigerator a while it makes me feel a bit nausea. I don't like to add it to my other greens because I just loive the taste of green smooties and don't want to ruin them.

I live in Hialeah, Florida, a very Latin/Cuban community, guava is pretty much a staple food here! I like to run it through my food processor add a bit of stevia and add it onto my flax seed crackers I make, or add it to raw oats.

Thanks rraw,
You can do B-12 injections at home and the body receives B-12 easier through injections. We all should be taking B-12 anyway. I just thought it would be received
more readily through injections. I remember as a kid our Dr gave them to us on occasion and I remember feeling so energetic from it.
Does no one here use B-12? I don't take other supplement but I thought we were su

I have the OMEGA wheatgrass juicer But I started out with the hand juicer.
I'm very happy with my Omega!
In my opion it's worth getting a good WG juicer. WG has so many positive health benefits!
There are many good WG juicers out there. I'm not qualifed to advise you on the best one but there are many experts here, I'm sure they'll comment.
Good Luck!

26. Re: Insects
I'm fasinated by insects! My yard is full of insects birds butterflies bees ect! It's amazing! If a roach happens to make it's way in my house I will catch it and release it back outside. Since I have cats, mice don't bother with me! I can't kill any living thing. I've found that being vegan you become very senitive to all living
things, I thought it was me at first but other vegans that i've s

Thanks Bryan,
Funny how it's so simple... stay close to the earth! It just makes sense!
I'm a wheatgrass juicer, just always concerned about balancing the body.
Whartgrass is so simple to sprout and grow!
To mrdc,
I wouldn't buy any kits, it's simple..I sprout my seeds and then they grow in trays.
Thanks to all

Does anyone have an opion on this product?
I was wondering if it would be benifical to add
to my routine. I've been reading so much latly on how our soil is depleated and was thinking about including additional minerals in my "raw" program.
Thanks for your opions in advance!
By the way.....
Paul Nison was here in Miami and did an awesome presentation
on the raw foods diet.
