Thank you guys, makes me feel a bit better!! Today has been a bit better so I feel back on track. Thing with me is any sort of slip up tends to cause a chaos or an ED trigger. Which has been problamatic the past two days. Feel like I am out the other side now though. Being back to a routine after being away a few days I think will help a treat! Thanks you all for the support Onwards

Thank you for the response, would having juicy fruits slow down the cleanse? I really cant balance what is worse, to have the juicy fruits or to transport juice with possibly a three hour wait until being consumed- nutrients lost etc.? Thanks again

Just wanted to say best of luck to you, raw eating can deffinately help but the core issue has to be dealt with first. For sure. I have dealt with anorexia for nearly 20 years now and its a daily struggle, but I finally feel some free-dom and release from it through therapy and adopting a 100% raw lifestyle. Can be hard not to just replace one way of disordered thinking with another. Its al

I use water the majority of the time, I use a olive oil soap occasionally and homemade lemon soap if I have an important show or something, but I find I dont really need it anymore, dont smell like I used to when I was vegetarian!! Far as hair, I rinse it .. but genrally wash once a week sometimes once every two. A good rinse and coconut oil, magic!!
