If I go on a fitness board and put out rubbish vids of me doing exercises wrong or claim that I'm so fit and healthy when I look like I've just stepped out of a concentration camp, then I expect to be judged by the most hardcore of individuals and laughed off the board in no uncertain terms, when your looking at raw food "guru's" or the raw food lifestyle it's a different story because

If anybody wants a reason to train, how about being prepared for any emergency situation, like being able to lift yourself or loved ones out of a burning car/plane or house, being able to fight off or run from attackers, how about being active just for the fun of it or because it makes you happy, how about being able to provide/gather for yourself, how about your health and quality of life depend
