You got it Kwan....bang on...this is what people should be progressing to and not being side tracked by raw placebos. I think the teeth thing is actually detoxing from the mouth, I know that over the my teeth moved around and changed position as I got smaller, don't forget that on cooked food we are swollen so when that swelling goes down then things must move around. After all, how many of you know what David wolfes or any other leader in the raw food movements transitioning/detox period/symptoms was like?....personally I've never heard any top raw food guru talk about their personal transitioning/detox symptoms or process or how they struggled or what their struggles were and how they over came them. I've seen some before and after pics but no real detox exp

Ya hit the nail on the head Kwan! I've worked with many, many people, athletes and non athlete's that wanted to go raw and I get many e-mails from people all over the world and all of them have the same two things in common: 1) They have just gone raw and they are losing what they think is "muscle" rapidly and instead of seeing their cleansing process through, they panic and want

KWAN.....Your post made me happy!... I want to share this with you Kwan, I have always tried to be a realist, down to earth guy but I must admit that I'm getting a very strong feeling that I'm being guided by a higher force/energy to purify/prepare myself for a higher level of consciousness. The universe has been working on me for years but I've been fighting it hard until recently. The

Personally I don't judge how people choose to express themselves because we all gotta do what makes us happy and if building your body is what makes you happy then more power to you, yes it has it bad points like anything else but judging people was never the intention of this thread...I used bodybuilding and bodybuilding photo's as an example to prove a point. The way I see it ya makes ya choice
