To many people the idea of just eating raw foods is "extreme"...heck to some people the idea of not eating meat is extreme!!!! You gotta keep an open mind, just because to you someones raw lifestyle may seem "extreme" doesn't mean it actually is.....it simply means that it's "extreme" to you! Hope you find the answers your looking for... RB

If you listened to everybody you'd find that NOTHING is good for you.....in the raw food community reading isn't always the best way to start off. Start off by experimenting with raw foods/produce, find what works for you then progress to what ever feels right from there...after a while you'll find the right info will reach you. Be good RB

Right on! Roxi baybee.....I know it's hard when loved ones get a bee in their bonnet about your raw lifestyle but there's really nothing you can say that will comfort them....and I agree with Bryan/David in that actions speak louder than words, time will pass and your mother will see that your still in the land of the living. Better still...bang out a set of one arm chin ups!...ha,ha F1

Ha,ha,ha...beyond veg, yeah, that was the first article on Fruitarianism that I read when I first started and it broke my heart but I carried on anyway..... I say that if the Fruitarian lifestyle really resonates with you and you really feel drawn to do it, then quit reading negative websites and trying to find excuses for NOT to do it....and go ahead and do it! Everybody will get different

If what your doing is working for you then don't worry about a thing....if I listened to all the people that told me I couldn't do this lifestyle and that I'd get sick due to a lack of whatever I'd still be sick and tired of being sick and tired! F1
