Ok...great, Bonobo Monkeys have sex at random too....so I'm guessing that the child birth rate is pretty high among them too, right?....because there is a reason behind sex but many people abuse it's purpose and use it as a means to feel good or get stimulated but it's not just for pleasure, which was the point of my previous post. Like I say, this is just my opinion and really doesn't matter

In my opinion, we can all do and eat what we want, there's no rules but there should be better judgement, people will have their own opinions on this and will eat what they want and will probably get away with it for many, many years but I think we humans abuse our gift of taste and we have conditioned ourselves to let pleasure seeking and sweet foods take control of our mental and physical state

SunShazzer I think to make an accurate judgement about natural weight, muscle growth and the raw lifestyle people have to go through their transitioning process fully...instead of making judgement when things just start to get uncomfortable, most people do not stay with the raw lifestyle long enough to get past the initial weight loss stage but yet think that is the sum total of the whole raw

That's EXACTLY right Balto.... I've been a pro rugby sportsman and I've played with world class Rugby league players in the past and for several years the only people I hung out with were body builders and rugby players because it was my job, I've seen how things are done and the mentality that comes with it, you have to be a certain type of individual to be into bodybuilding, just like you be

Yep....that's right, I am small in stature and always have been, I was usually the smallest in the rugby teams or sports I played in,having said that, I made up for it in attitude so it never really became a personal emotional issue for me, just means you gotta work harder to prove people wrong, ha,ha, all my family members are that way, we all are small boned...it's nothing to be ashamed of, so

If this protien thing were true then why do you only need protien after a workout, why don't you need it after helping to lift/move a friends sofa or after carrying/lifting your produce from the store to the car....sounds to me if this protien thing were true then a lot of people are running into the negative on the stuff!!! Also if this protien/building muscle thing were true why are we told

People can die from anything they want to....don't forget that most raw fooders were not always raw fooders, most have spent half or most of their lives on cooked foods. Also most raw fooders still live the raw lifestyle the same way they lived their SAD lifestyle which is another reason why many still die from the same dis-eases. RB

I think the mere act of getting off of cooked food is the key to vibrant health and longevity, in my opinion raw food only gives you what it needs to help digest what your eating. RB

I've not experienced the symptoms associated with long term Fruitarians, infact the opposite...I spent years getting my teeth bashed in while playing pro rugby and going Fruitarian actually saved my teeth. Also there are a lot of successful long time Fruitarians that do not experience these symptoms also but you never hear about them unless they announce it, unfortunately the ones that have th

As a rugby player I went against EVERYBODIES advice to wear gum shields and as a result my teeth went battered and chipped to pieces, sometimes even coming through my lips. When I went Fruitarian I found going months at a time strictly on oranges made my mouth much fresher and pain free!!! RB

We are not born eating Fruit, were born as Liquidarians...and as adults we chew our food until it's liquid, they also say that we are made up of roughly 75% water.

Breatharianism is a most beautifull thing and is nothing like anorexia, that's like saying raw veganism is an eating disorder. Breatharianism is a dietary progression from Raw veganism, Fruitarianism and liquidarianism that takes many, many, many years of conscious loving intent and cleansing to reach and when done properly has nothing to do with purposely restricting yourself from food, not f

Go to raw food network... Personally when it comes down to nutrition/diet I don't think "certifications" are worth the paper they are written on because in the case of raw food coaching you'll be learning someone elses doctrine and that will NEVER take the place of your own actual experience, if you want something worth anything to mainstream society then get a "registered"

Well I can honestly say that if you end up going a head with going raw if you go 100% raw everything you thought you knew to be true will go right out the window!!!...trust me on that! I think all this depends on exactly how good of an athelete you really want to be and how deep you are willing to go with the raw food thing!!! Those supplements your taking are worthless, they are toxic to your
