Where to go from here is... forward. Again Peace to you. You are cared about whether you are in touch with it or not. Being very sensitive, I feel your pain. I put out there for it to dissipate. I for one and thinking about you and your healing and well being. Faeterri

I also have trouble with nuts. When I need something heavier, sunflower seeds work better. I like that they grow in my northern climate and I can shell them myself.

Peace to you Vinny, and all. Today I started onion seeds for they take a long time. For me, I need to focus my energy on something that grows, is part of nature, and that does not mean me any harm. Growing vegetables, fruits, sprouts, etc has been helping to heal me and keep me grounded. Again Peace. Faeterri

Rita from SproutHouse.com writes: It has not been easy to get, but I finally did! Lundberg's Organic Wehani Rice is actually sproutable. Soak overnight or for as long as 24 hours with a water change in the middle at 12 hours. And sprout for a few days. Now, some of you may want to it eat raw like this, and some of you may choose to cook it a little bit as it is still very chewy and kind of cr

Paul Pitchford from 'Healing With Whole Foods' suggests chewing raw rice, until it becomes like water before swallowing, for his parasite prevention program. It is supposed to clean the colon. I tried it and love the flavor! I have not sprouted my rice first because I had read to only sprout wild rice, not regular rice. Of course wild rice is not rice at all, but I believe a member of the

Go Mary! And often just the realization of what has been contributes so much to the healing of it. Congratulations on moving forward, taking care of yourself, being open to new possibilities, your new relationship, staying in the moment, and healing!!!

I find I eat tomatoes when fresh grown and in season only. My ancestry claimed the tomato a poisonous food. It is a member of the nightshade, but like all families, certain foods contain more concentrated substances in their parts than other foods in the family. For instance: in the carrot family, the seed of celery is used for seasoning, but the seed of parsley is very toxic; and the gree

This summer I made, I don't know if you call it, wine. I let fresh juiced fruit, one time strawberries another time grapes, ferment naturally for a few days. Then I refrigerated it. I got a product that was sparkling and yummy! And I am sure healthy.

Hi Mary I suffered from chronic fatigue in the early 80s. It was likely caused by the Epstein Barrs virus, a common virus causing different symptom in different people. For me it showed up as CFS. I had no energy and could not even move for 2 months. I changed my diet to whole foods, raw; breathed; gentle movement; and had changed my mental attitude to joy. I healed in two years and am fi

Where are your pimples located? This can be an indication of what is detoxifying. Also one can look at reflexology corresponding areas. I do not use soap on my body everyday, but yes water. And the soap that I do use is castille (liquid, pure) soap. I also body brush. I think this is a good sign of your healing. Hi I have been struggling with some new health issues for about 2 months. I am now 50 and am not having trouble with perimenopause but know that my body is in the 'change'. I am not 100% raw but I am organic and eat consciously with good amounts of wheatgrass, sprouts and greens, whole fruits and vegies, and naturally fermented raw foods, closer to 70%. I have not been to my naturopath yet but I

I feel I have (had) addiction issues both to food and substances. What really helped me was just one session of acupuncture. So, though I am smaller than you, I find if I consume many raw greens and sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds when I crave and chew them well or first have converted them into a ferment, my craving dissipates. I am loosing the weight that I had gained and had also made my he

Hi again, All that sauerkraut is is "sour (or fermented) cabbage", just like Kim Chi. Kim Chi is usually spicy and contains salt. When I make Kim Chi is use whole sea salts. Sometimes I make my sauerkraut with carrots, beets, garlic, onion, radish, horseradish, turnip, etc. I just do not use salt or hot peppers or ginger. Faeterri
