I still contend that High Raw with High Gas is caused from overeating. Improper Food Combining, in theory, gets the blame. But we see, in practice, that Food Combining is a myth. I'd be willing to bet that many people here eat poor food combinations, and never get Gas.....WY

I like to dilute Himalayan Rock Salt (Pink and Coarse grade) with water in a Mason jar w/lid. I rinse my mouth with it a few times everyday. I can feel my Body absorb a tiny amount of the salt. Make it real salty.....WY

It would get old real fast. It's a manual Press Juicer, as opposed to the Norwalk's motor Press. I've never used one, but I have the Norwalk. My advice would be to stay away from it.....WY

Karen....I'm not weeping, but I am close to tears. I owned a GreenLife, which is the big-brother to your GreenStar. I found it unpleasant to clean. That made all the difference in the World to me.....WY P.S. I ended up with a single-auger for Wheatgrass, and Celery, and a centrifugal for Carrot. P.P.S. Let us know how you view the cleanup...maybe it's just me.

I'm favoring Blending over Juicing at the moment. But if I were juicing, it would be Wheatgrass Juice, with water, or Carrot-Celery Juice as a combo. Speaking of Blending, it just has to be right to include the Fiber. One Green Smoothie meal a day (it's too powerful, if made correctly, to have more than one) combined with a Fruit meal, or a Juice meal, is the way to go...2 meals a day....travel
