Where do they get the organisms for their probiotic pills? What are the natural sources of these organisms? All the other great apes, gorillas, chimps, bonobos, and orangutans get everything they need from their diet to build strong healthy bodies without taking any supplements. What's the rational for us taking probiotic pills? Is even organic food so out of balance (perhaps by unavo

I know because I was there in January 1986, Lemon Grove, CA (San Diego area). At least that's what they were doing then, in that branch. Do all the rinsing you want in the 1st 8 - 12 hours. Fully hydrated after the soaking, it doesn't need any more water. Additional rinses will drown the seeds, promoting rot and mold. Be scientific. Try the method and judge it on the results.

Hippocrates wasn't sprouting the wheat, and it ended up rotten. The following is the best way to make rejuvelac from grain imho: For 1000's of years people have been making fermented drinks from grains. Most often leading to beer. But after 1 or 2 days of fermentation the weak beer is rejuvelac, rich in enzymes, nutrients, and beneficial microflora. Many of the traditional beer making pri

They are parts, and you have become the fourth -- one who goes through all of them and is none o

The whole idea of breatharians is inconsistent chemically. If you don't need the reducer, food, you wouldn't need the oxidizer either, the oxygen in the air. The only reason to breathe is to provide oxygen to react with the food you eat to complete the oxidation - reduction energy reaction.

All the seeds from squash and melon are edible (melons are just sweet squashes). Dr. Bernard Jensen highly recommended them. Blend the seeds up with some of the melon or water, strain thru a mesh bag, and you have a delicious seed milk drink.

In the nightshade family the deadly part is in the greens. This would also include green fruit. Fruit fully ripened on the vine is not poisonous. I suspect that even the allergic reactions and arthritis are connected to fruit not quite fully ripe. Cherry tomatoes, fresh, ripe from the vine are especially delicious.

Newhoove, read up on the history of the Indians in this land. The Trail of Tears is real shameful episode of American injustice. They murdered the Indians and stole their land. America lied and broke every treaty. In California the state and federal government paid a bounty to slaughter Indians, a true genocide. For me it took a very focused, critical read of a stack of books 12' high on w
