In my opinion, it is not capitalism that is the problem. It is the integrity of one's heart. Believe me, I am not a fan of our gov't in great part either, most especially when it comes to any of the food governing bodies (USDA, FDA). Completely corrupt.

Yes, I guess that I should have prefaced what I said by saying I realize that we will never be totally clean, but when trying to do the best that can be done.....
I've heard good and bad about distilling.... The bad that I've heard is that it removes all of the good. ??
Would like to hear your thoughts on it.
I'd forgotten about the Sauna thing. Isn't the infrared Saunas that are best??

So annoyed. Was just browsing/shopping on my Food Co-op website and looking for raw organic pumpkin seeds. Found 2 companies that had pumpkin seeds. Guess where they both come from???
CHINA!
One of the 2 companies is "Go Raw"

Another thought...Have you studied up on Food Combining? It is critical, most especially for folks with digestive issues. Makes a tremendous difference.

The Rainbow Diet is what I was referring to.
It is entirely possible that the Rainbow Diet that I found is not the same on that you are talking about. Guess I should have asked. Sorry bout that.
Here is the one that I found:
Rainbow Diet
Monday (white):
Breakfast: ½ apple (40.5 cals)
Lunch: ½ apple (40.5 cals)
