I'm still at my early stages of going raw, almost a year though of transitioning. eat raw breakfast, lunch, snack mostly on friut and veg, but cooked dinner, and the odd non-raw foods. Trying to fix digestion (ibs) stuff... so a while ago i cut out sugar, and for a year couldn't even eat fruit. But now, since transitioning to raw, i can eat fruit and honey no problem they even give me energy

I've been single for about 2 years, And before that haven't had many 'proper' relationships! But I am always happy on my own too I'm 27 this year, and feeling kind of how phantom said above... If i cant imagine having children with this person, There is no point in having a relationship

hi if im buying olives from a shop (in a jar) or from a deli, i don't think they are raw are they? Does anyone know what process they go through? And if I can't find raw ones (and i can't afford them! ) should I just leave them alone? I am still at my transitioning to raw stage. Eating raw for breakfast and lunch, but cooked veggie dinner. Eating a few things that are not raw, like oli

what are peoples opinions of having vaccination to travel? I am going to south America in October and i really hate the idea of having vaccinations. I have traveled before and have had many jabs in my life. But now starting raw, and being more aware of what goes into my body, I have been thinking more about the necessity of vaccinations. What are your views?? thanks

great advice prana... i am also at an early stage and eating ALOT!!! at the moment. I am trying to be aware of having gaps between food to digest each meal properly, But its nice to hear you talk about that the body wants to eat alot at first while its detoxing/sorting its self out! and its nice to hear, over time your body adjusted and now you eat 2 meals a day and thats good for you now. at th

i think its up to the individual, and whats right for them. every one is at a different stage of their raw food journey, i don't think we should focus on 100% raw, but focus on what feels right each day and enjoy the process and i agree with not letting it take over your life its just awareness of what we are putting into our bodies to become healthier, happier, more peaceful human beings

following on rab from your last point about 'addicts'... i agree, and the diffence i think between food addictions and drugs/etc... is that we HAVE TO EAT... therefore we have to think about food every day, and del with food every day, where as with other addictive substnaces you have to cut them out completly.. so i think in some ways food addictions are very hard to deal with but we can get t

lovely advice i agree... the most important thing is to listen to your body... read as much as you can, and read to posts on here (they really help! ) but really its as simple as... what do you crave? and just trying different foods and really be aware of how they make you feel, transitioning to raw foods is a beautiful journey of better understanding yourself and your needs good luck
