1233. Re: Protien
I have struggled with the protein issue myself being a bodybuilder.
All I know is that I have spent thousands of dollars on amino acid capsules, protein powders, and tons of milk, and I never got even close to looking like a pro.
I am as big,or even bigger,on a raw food diet, than I ever was eating all that protein.

I would say that raw is much more natural a diet than what I just saw on a commercial...........
A large triple meat pizza, breadsticks, and chocolate cake dippers with chocolate sauce, and a 2 liter regular coke.
Good lord.
Have mercy.

I talk about my diet if the topic arises, and the most asked question is...you got it........"where do you get your protein"

I am about 80% raw.
I'm sorry, but the idea of never again having a hot cup of tea,or a fresh home made cup of veggie soup on a winters day doent appeal to me at all.

What a combo.
Its funny,I go into a place like Outbacks and all I eat is a salad.

1249. Re: Low carb is stupid.
I didnt have bowel problems, but felt kinda sluggish all the time, and I believe it kicked off a 7 week attack of gout.
I would never go back to eating that way.

Overeat?
Sounds good to me as I am an eater to begin with.
And a belly full of high water content fruits and veggies passes right thru anyway and doesnt sit like a SAD brick.

I guess the jobs are worthwhile to the folks making the money.
I will have to agree that anything related to the arts is surely worthwhile, whether you make money from it or not.

I DO love the change in seasons, but a cold salad on a cold winter day is less than heartwarming. Its times like that you have to rely on your intellect and know you are eating the right way.
But boy,do I miss a nice hot cup of chili or stew on a cold winters day.

That might be hard as most dates revolve around a meal.
Just stand your ground sweety.
You know you are eating the best way possible.

1258. Re: If you were single
I let her pick the place,as long as it has a salad bar
I am not too concerned about how long the fruit has sat.
We only eat out about twice a month,so I focus on enjoying it rather than get too concerned about such things.I personally have never had any friction between me and another person regarding what we put in our mouths.
It just doesnt exist for me.

1259. Re: If you were single
I go out with her by getting in the car, driving to a restaurant, then ordering.
Of course in a restrant I am pretty much limited to salad bars.
I am not wanting to sound sarcastic about it,but its up to each and every one of us what we put in our mouths, and if my partner doesnt like it,thats her problem.
