I think the best thing for attaining a sunny disposition is to observe animals. Great bear movie cy. I remember my once pet bunny. I had the poor thing locked up in a cage. I'd let it out in the yard sometimes and it leapt so so cute like an expression of pure joy. No matter how down I get I'll always remember that. It eventually ran away. I hope he's happy wherever he is. Pure joy.

As my dad used to always tell me, "We brought you into this world, we can take you out!" That poor woman, having that happen again, then being accused. What was she thinking? Did she fall asleep breast feeding? Oh, regulating their system? Sounds like a control freak who would have created a psychopath anyway. Sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry Mislu, I can hardly follow this thread, but my favorite miracle expression is Expect a Miracle. I mean how can one create a miracle if a miracle is something unexpected. -That's sort of where I first heard the term. Linda Goodman's Star Signs.

I don't know much about it, and that was such a terrible video for those people. Did the company offer to relocate them? But, does it matter if the land is poisoned already by other pollutants? I mean, is there a like "contained" area where the gas stays within?

They may have found them there, but weren't those the dead sea scrolls? I saw one show from Finland I think. A beautiful blond woman. She made this scallion topping on some really flat type of bread. It looked delicious. I wish I'd caught her name. It's such a cute and fun book banana who.

And on the b12/zinc note, perhaps it's not so much needing to eat meat products so much as needing to reclaim our connection to the earth. As one forum participant noted, if b12 / zinc can be gained by osmosis through contact with earth, than that would refute that particular claim, right? Maybe for the zinc, we all just need to climb more rocks barefeet or something.

Is there really a need to refute that article? It's an obvious plug for a macrobiotic diet and an annoying as hell article. (Though perhaps it's just someone posing as a macrobiotic advocate.) It also wrongfully stereotypes something the writer obviously hasn't tried out for himself, or else he wouldn't be questioning the benefits of healthy live enzymes, though to his credit, he does mention a f

Jgunn, not to contradict you, but I learned in college biology that the human body is more like 70% water, very similar to the ratio of the earth's. Same with the body's optional pH. Very similar to the natural pH of ocean water. Why is it we can;t drink saltwater, but we can drink water and eat salt?

What a great idea! (I've been using old pill bottles to hold my on the go dressing. I read that in a magazine, Woman's Day or First.) This way sounds even better, plus you can do it to prep salads for the fridge. Thanks coco and Julia. I'll have to try it.

I think it'd be interesting to visit Norway, especiially the Essene Caves! How exciting would that be to see. One of my favorite books- A Time for Trolls "Fairy Tales from Norway" told by Asbjornsen and Moe. (translated by Joan Roll-Hansen) Great book!

Gaslighting seems to be a confusing term, such like murder perhaps. What is a psychopath. Would you call someone starving so bad they ate their baby a psychopath or a right to lifer? And oh Tamukha, politics!! Even if youre just making stuff up, is a no no on the board, right? I admit, I forget sometimes too. Anywasy, marriage is a tough one huh. There once was a man from Hadoo who had so many limes he didn't know what to do so he raked up his ho, scratched up some dough and threw a party outside the loo.

I's po. Nooo, I haven't really tried Bragg's. My food budget is pretty bad. I'd say about 30-40 bucks a week. Yeah. I had a friend once who liked salad like that. No dressing, just a bit of salt. I can't do that. My go to is basically like a greek dressing with parsley instead of feta. I do like agave for dressing. Honey is a little too sweet for me for dressing, but, I'm on my budget, so that's

I thought I'd share a poem. Feel free if you'd like. Please keep them kind of short though if you do. when rockets cry and babies buy oh and the world's a tumultuous place what can we do to abide the human race? sing out, our Lord throught he prayers of the songs until in everyone we see God's face God, the unknowable concept, whom none shall put a face upon.

Honestly, the first time it came out perfect. I didn't even think about it, I just did it and it was marvelous. After the second time, I'd guess about: 2/3 oil to 1/3 vinegar (maybe more to taste) I probably made maybe 1/3 to half a cup with about 4-5 small cloves of garlic and maybe a tablespoon or more of brown sugar. (I accidentally put more than half vinegar and it wasn't so good, so I add

Well, it sounds like open bin lettuce. Perhaps some unscrupulous person sprayed it so you'd shop at their store. I swear to God, the other day, someone sprayed some corrosive @#$%& into my cart, and I truly believe it was because I didn't buy their generic brand of bleach. The bottle was dirty all of a sudden, and the plastic was melting. What is our world turning into? With all the posers goi

Whose paranoid here HH? I'll admit I don't know all that goes on this world, that I'm sure of, but really, most vegans I know are ready to mindlessly jump on any of the collective anti-bandwagons. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like a conceit thing regarding the animals. Befoul or grace? Of course I don't have anything personal against people who choose veganism.

There seems to be some major haters. I don't see the huge ruckus. I mean, isn't that how they did it back in Atlantis? Of course, hybridizing or whatever to no seeds is seeming to be an issue.

I don't know if it's just me, but has anyone (I live in New Jersey.) noticed their tan level. Usually in the winter I get really pale. This year, right through my clothes, I am fairly tan. I hardly laid out this summer too. I will try to remember to wear my sunscreen everyday for now.
